What's the wise-est thing anyone has said to you?

I think mine was when my Dad told me "Wherever you find a girl, that's where she'll go back to when you have problems in your relationship. You find her in a bar, she'll go back to the bar. You find her with another guy, she'll go find some other guy. That's why you've got to find a woman who loves the Lord. She'll go back to the Lord when you all have problems."

That's pretty good advice. It would be wrong about me. But, I think it's still a good idea. :)

Let's see, what is the wisest thing someone has said to me?

You know, I can't think of anything...seems a lot of defeating things have been said to me in my lifetime.

I think something that my grandma said stuck in my mind. It wasn't really statement, it was a conversation. We were talking about people who were talking about drinking.

She said - What is the point of getting so drunk that you can't remember what you did?

Definitely not something earth-moving, but it kept me from being addicted to anything.

That's good stuff. Sounds like a smart lady.

Lol. I don't know if its wise, but my grandfather used to say random weird things....

The one thing I remember him saying the most often is

"Kiss me quick, and don't slobber. You'll make a mess and I don't want to have to clean it up. I might get girl germs. "
