Thanks again for all of those who have been praying for peace with the riots and protests here in St. Louis/Ferguson over the death of Michael Brown.

I would also like to make a request for my mom. She was diagnosed with cancer yesterday. Since her sister died from complications from cancer earlier this year, everyone is still hopeful for my mom yet at the same time knowing full well there is a possibility she could die.

I know God is a Healer, and I believe Him for good things. Please stand with me in prayer that my mom and our family can remain brave and hopeful. Thanks a million and God bless!
 
Lord Jesus, we pray for Kblond's mother cancer to disappear, and let their be your peace in the family, Lord Jesus give her a chance, to bless your name for the rest of her life, Amen
 
Father God I thank you for being at work in sister bonds life......for protecting her mother .....for guiding the hands of her doctors and healthcare workers....for keeping her strong and seeing her family through this time.......I thank you in Jesus's name....amen.....

KBond, as a cancer survivor, I would like to say these things to you and your mother:

1.) Don't be afraid! Fear accomplishes nothing, and only feeds the cancer.

2.) Do not give up! Keep a positive outlook on the situation, no matter the outcome. Keep a positive attitude and thoughts.

3.) Dont be afraid to talk about it with others if you have to. Family can be very supportive during times like this.

4.) Trust that since God has brought you to this, he will also bring you THROUGH this! He will never leave or forsake you or your mother.

5.) Remember that God has a plan for your mother, and no matter what, she will be just fine because he is in control of this situation! :)
