I just think it's funny when people ask that, as if it's within my control.

I don't think anyone has really ever said it to me directly like that, but if it does happen I'll just say, "Michael Fassbender just won't answer his phone when I call, so I'm just waiting on him to check his voicemail."
 
Yeah, I don't think anyone has ever asked me that...is that a bad thing?
 
I take it back. This one time, when I was in the Wal-Mart parking lot, walking back to my car with two little girls holding both of my hands, this guy pulled up next to me and straight up said, "Hey, are you single?" I said, "Yep." And he replied with, "How in the world*is that*possible?!" He proceeded to ask me out, but I graciously declined. Lol

The things that happen in a Wal-Mart parking lot would turn a rock-ribbed atheist into a mystic who makes special appearances on Ghost Hunters.
 
I will say though that there is hope for America if ladies like the last two who posted are still single.

actually it was probably because my ex told every woman in the area that I never cut my toenails, and they hurt her when we were in bed. And they all said "oh no! I'll never date him". I don't want to be married to a pig like that!

Dear Aya2011 I'm so sorry to hear everyone is married in your church and rest are only Kids. So you gonna wait till those kids grow up! I say Move on! Get social like start meeting your friends attend some Youth and adult conferences you may meet a someone special!

Answer I wish I could give: Because about a good 80% of men (from my experiences) are lust driven and won't wait until marriage like I do. Shoo, I might just die as an angry, abstinent virgin.

Real Answer: Because I wait until marriage, and too strong to ever quit.
