reminds me of two women nagging each other, women always like to have the last word on a subject and won't stop until the other shuts up.
They are warnings about getting drunk, not drinking. One more time, IF I drink a mouthful of wine am I drunk?

You can't rebuke unless you refute. You didn't refute any of the passages I listed on how alcohlic drinks are forbidden in the OT.
NT Saints can drink intoxicating beverages soberly and moderately in private; But I encourage the brethren to walk the higher road out of love (And not as a commandment).
OT Saints did not have the same liberty in Christ that we do. They could not eat certain meats and or even look at alcoholic drinks.

Listen wine is wine it is not unfermented grape juice. A lie is a lie sin is sin and wine is wine! Sheese. Everything is not that complex!

Dearly beloved Jason0047, in Israel wine was a common customary drink even practiced during mealtime and here in a wedding feast. So when LORD JESUS CHRIST turned the water into wine, HE told the feast caterer's servants, who helped HIM, to now scoop a cup of that wine HE just changed and give it to their head who was hired to cater for this wedding.
Everyone understand that this is a man who may have catered for many weddings and may have tasted many types of wine, in order to distinguish which is the best. He may have expertise to even introduce to his customers the best choice.
So, can anyone fool him using grape juice instead or have JESUS bribed him earlier to lie?
Even if HE did, there are many other wine drinkers at that feast, and no one can teach or lie to them too.
i do not say this to encourage nor promote drinking, that may lead to become a dependent habit, but to only clarify the matter of this wine served in the feast.
"Drunkenness is one of the fruit of the flesh."
"Drunkards will not inherit the Kingdom of GOD."
"Getting drunk with wine is debauchery. It ruins a person. Allow the HOLY SPIRIT to fill you."
If it was forbidden, then it would be in Levitical laws, because that is the law which the OT Jews lived by and still do today. The only law regarding wine is not to drink it before entering the Tabernacle.

Do not drink wine nor strong drink, you, nor your sons with you, when you go into the tabernacle of meeting, lest you die: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations:
All those other verses you quote are just simply instruction for good living, in other words the authors telling people it is bad to get drunk.
Another filthy degrading comment from the King James Only Cult, this is another one of those nasty tactics employed, where when the argument is being lost, out comes the sweeping statement denouncing the other camps arguments being invalid becuase of whatever, in this case because of the biblical illiteracy of those who do not agree.
If you think new wine is fermented then you're biblically illiterate.
If you think Jesus took water and turned it into rotten grape juice then you're biblically illiterate.
If you think alcohol coursing through the veins is symbolic of the Holy Spirit in a believer then you're biblically illiterate.
I don't have superior knowledge I just believe the bible... new wine is found in the cluster. I've never gotten drunk eating grapes off the vine.
So lets look at this again, point of the First post? To support temperance. Tons of words, tons of cherry picked verses, to try and prove that alcohol is bad full stop. However you have yet to prove that God forbids the drinking of alcohol.
If God did not want us to drink alcohol it would be a direct law or commandment, "Do not drink alcohol".
It would be in the Levitical laws, but as I pointed out the only law in Leviticus which deals with drink is:

Again I point out to you that all the other verses about consumption of alcohol is about not getting drunk on it and warning of addiction of it.
Very clear, very precice and exact, but of course when you have to work hard to try to prove a theology or agenda and you end up making hundreds of lengthy posts to support the agenda or theology, then usual it means that the theology or agenda is wrong.
I have made a very clear and simple point using the Bible and it says what it says, God is clear on the matter, if any alcohol was evil, then it would have been banned in levitical law and there would be clear instruction against the brewing of it, but there is not, just verses which you try to interpret as that.
So again I say it dosn't matter how many times you bleat on about strength of wines, it proves nothing.

I agree, God doesn't forbid the drinking of alcohol. I drink alcohol from time to time... some times more than a little lol.

They were full of new wine.... not alcoholic wine and not grape juice. New wine is the Holy Spirit.
