My only problem is that al-Baghdadi won't actually agree to this, and Satan won't let him, nor do I think God would. That type of situation in modern day. Too many cameras, it would be a miracle of God's will being on camera for the world to see, which I feel God would have prophecied about that day (but hey who knows.)
 
My only concern is that if it was accepted nothing would happen for either side, and will just provide more ammunition for atheists.

Christians are too influenced by incorrect theology and corrupt interpretations, especially by the name it and claim it crowd. Yes I can pray to GOd to bring fire down or whatever to prove his existence, but GOd proberbly will not.

Elijah was a one of the few special people on this planet, he was chosen by and anointed by God, he had a very special relationship with God and had reached that stage where things he said happened all of which would have been directly influenced by God.

Elijah knew God would deliever on whatever he did in his name, can Keller claim the same thing? Is he in that special spiritual place where God will do that? I do not think so.
 
This pastor better be careful tempting the Lord. Revelation 13:13 says it's the bad guy that will be calling down fire:

13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
 
What kind of doufus would think God would honor something they're doing on their own? Elijah didn't do what he wanted, but what he was told

What about the two witnesses? It is obvious no one will believe them either. Just a thought
 
Even the false prophet will cause fire to come down from heaven...

I do not no what to think about this. The man probably would not show up, and if he did he would not be alone. The pastor
would either get captured or who knows God may show himself like he did Eiljah.
Daniel 11:32 (NIV) ~ But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
 
If the ISIS leader is struck dead when fire is called down on him, the leader's followers would claim that Allah struck him dead for testing Allah. The pastor will lose even if he wins.
