Yes, purportedly it is the second journalist that the murdering terrorist in the first video, wherein James Foley was beheaded, threatened to kill.

(CNN) -- The ISIS terror group has published a video titled "A second message to America," showing the beheading of American journalist Steven Sotloff.
The video also threatens the life of British captive David Haines.
Sotloff speaks to the camera before he is killed, saying he is "paying the price" for U.S. intervention. Considering he was a captive, it's possible that his words were scripted for him. (Full Article)
And yet, our president hasn't any plans in place to stop these that are said to be the richest terrorist threat ever known, because of the funding they reportedly have behind them.
I bet if this was his first term Barack would have a plan, when these demonic forces have been known for well over a year, that would have already unfolded.
How unfortunate we have such an enemy of America in our White house. God have mercy on the USA.

Agree! nothing we can do about it until Jesus takes control. It will get worse before it gets better because these fanatics will soon be working for the Antichrist & False Prophet. And we know those two will hate Christians & Jews thus allowing the fanatics to create a reign of terror. I know you don't believe in pre-trib belief ... but this is one time you will appreciate it.
