You know a question this begs, though, then is this a matter of the Lord allowing very limited, trollish power to demons? It they can, inherently, so manipulate the material realm, why are they not using weapons to murder for Satan? Why does all the visible, material evil need man's hand in it? Why aren't they going around even blowing out the pilots of gas stoves and turning the gas on, for instance? If not this, why and how this purported power over somebody's hard drive?

Prove they do not. demons interaction with our dimensions is difficult and restricted but not impossible it is easier to interact and posses humans as we also exist in the spiritual, ie our Spirits, it is not at all difficult to oppress people, give them negativity and bad thoughts, even bringing them to do evil things like mass killing.

Problem is if someone claims that an airplane fell out of the sky due to demonic activity then you will be laughed at and even Christians will be sceptical, but things like that proberbly happen more than we think they do or prepared to admit. I know a prominent Christian who has the ear of the Prime Minister and other high ups, had a seminar with him a few year back and he claimed there was more than enough proof that plane crash at, oh forget off hand, one of the main UK airports, was brought down by demonic activity summoned by a covern that met in the woods at end of runway.

Don't put God in a box. He fixed my washer that stopped working... we kept trying to turn it on and finally we laid hands on it and prayed. After praying, it turned on and has worked ever since.
Though the question involved demons and electronics. What verification is there demons caused the problem(s)? The question to me is not putting God in a box, rather projecting power on demons, which begs questions indicating otherwise?

Amen.
Any "power" demons have is only that granted by God. Ultimately then, it is God's doing, not the demons.

On the negative side of the spectrum, when someone hurts someone else with a car, who do we attribute the damage to?
The car, or the person driving it?

If God allows the influence of demons, who do we give attribute it to? The demons, or God?
Can't agree God's permissive will is complicity with sin, in that He will ultimately judge all, is simply on another time schedule than mortal man, but justice will prevail. Also, God does not sin, nor can He be tempted to sin. You attribute sin and error to those engaged in it, with wills to choose right or wrong, not God. Cars, of course, are neutral objects, with no living will to do anything.

Justice is assured,

Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

There's also this thing of some attributing everything bad to the devil or demons, though we live in a fallen world, in bodies of corruption. Probably, if there were a big round table discussion, the devil and demons could be honest for a change, and, in many instances, say such as, "Hey! You fell off that ladder. I was busy, perverting Iran, while you were trying to clean your gutters!"

God doesn't condone or cause sin. He allows trials and tests in this broken world where our decisions and responses to those situations determines sin or not.
You attribute sin and error to those engaged in it, with wills to choose right or wrong, not God. Cars, of course, are neutral objects, with no living will to do anything.
I'm not entirely sure what you're saying here, so forgive me if I misunderstand....

But I absolutely attribute my sin to my own decisions. Am I faulty by nature and thus a sinful person no matter what? Of course. But the individual sinful acts themselves I attribute to my own poor decisions.

I think there is a real problem today with demon activity. Most towns have a coven and they are in many high schools. In the police department, officers have found occult activity when they investigate crime.
When I have looked into this activity I find that it is estimated that there is a 70% increase in demon possession since the 70's.

When I suggested to my bible study group that we should learn more about how demons work, I was told that we would not have anything to do with demons, they did not want to even learn about it. Yet even in my little back water town I find that my minister had come face to face with a woman who was definitely possessed. A missionary spoke to us about working in Africa with people familiar with voodoo and demons. My sister in law had a coven kill a steer with nicotine darts and use the blood and sexual organs for a ceremony in her stand of fir trees by her creek. We need to know, and based on facts not the Hollywood stuff out there.

I was attacked by a toaster once.
Hope that was a two slice toaster. The four slice, heaven forbid of bagel width, can send you to the emergency room.

When a child, we used to make anonymous phone calls here and there, and ask, "Is your refrigerator running?" They would say, "Yes." Then we'd say, "Well, then you better go catch it!" How could I know, until now, that I was a prophet?

It was a 2 slicer. An old girlfriend threw it at me. I think she was demon possessed.

Nothing so technical, but our cable only has problems when I have one of the Christian channels on.

Before you attribute this to demons, who were you trying to watch? Benny Hinn?

Wow. You mean to tell me that there are this many believers on this site that have not encountered the super natural?

Im thinking that there r a lot of folks on this site that have not accepted Christ yet but r playing the religious game. Or that the depth of their surrender to Him has
not raised the ire of satan one whit.
Does one have to encounter the supernatural in order to accept Jesus?

I was going to say the same thing lol

When Jesus cast out the demon it was from a possessed man - not an electrical appliance lol!
I see no reason for an electrical appliance to be possessed by any spirit as it would have no worth to the spirit.
Also, imagine everyone running around casting out demons from radios, microwaves, fridges and tvs etc HAHHAHAHA!!!
That would be NUTS HA!
No doubt HAHAHHA too funny.....!

I feel compelled to say it again (not by a demon, mind you).......

If people spent more time realizing and actually walking in the Kingdom of God in word, thought and deed, there wouldn't be a need to worry about demons.

Demons are indeed active today, I was attacked by an actually demon once and I had to cry out to Jesus because of how scared I was and then it was gone.
But i had never known fear on that kind of level before i didnt even know fear could be that strong
