Forget that. I have to get my sleep before work tomorrow morning. Staying up late for me is past 11pm. And around here that's really late. Most people call it a night by 9 or 10.
9:30 here.

I'm thinking of making it 8:30 when daylight savings kicks in. I won't lose the hour, and I can use the extra hour in the morning to work out. On days when it's snowy, I'll skip the work out and spend that extra hour getting to work.

Thinking is the operative word. 8:30 bedtime is murder on the social life.

I have fallen ankles with no arch...I've had this since birth, but never had put much effort into treating it or controlling it. I'm gonna look into ways that I can help with this that doesn't require surgery. I've never had a surgery in my life and I don't plan on having one any time soon.

If you're talking about overpronation (flat footed) then you can correct it with running shoes that have good arch support. They're called 'motion control' or 'stability' running shoes. New Balance and Asics both make them. I prefer Asics because they seem to be more well made. I've owned a few pairs of both and used to be on my feet all day at my job. You can also get non motion control running shoes and buy some good arch support inserts instead. The best ones I've tried are the Sofsole 'Arch' inserts which are around $20 a pair. I happen to have low arches too.

Here's all the stability models from Asics.. some are expensive, some aren't..

Why is it that whenever I get my bike fixed shortly there after I have to fall off of it again. I'm bruised and scraped and have to take the bike back in to get the handlebars aligned with the front tire properly. On the bright side, I got all of my morning errands done and I'm not seriously injured just a few bruises and some road rash.

Yeah, my feet are completely flat and my ankles are collapsed like the image below.

The one on the right is how both of my ankles are. Though if I get good supports and wear good shoes most of the time it might be able to prevent the damage from going any further.

Right now, I'm gonna look into those, and I'm also praying that God helps heal me. This isn't the only issue I have, and honestly, I really need God to give me His healing touch.

Yea that's overpronation. It's actually very common. Most people just never know their ankles are turned in like that unless they take up running or something. Wearing shoes with good arch support won't actually heal it but it will give you the proper gait/stride so it will relieve unnecessary strain on your joints and stuff.

I have "flat foot" though my ankles seem fine. I know how stressful it must be to walk around a lot with those feet. I will pray for you sister. I will ask God to give you His healing touch. :)

In other news, I was on the Singles Chat today. Had an off and so I dropped in. It was fun. And the people are as nice (or as looney) as I am, so I felt at home. It was fun to pull gypsygirl's legs and she said I am on her hit-list. Should I be scared?

I wished I had met some more crazy people. But hopefully I can meet everyone on Singles Chat someday. :D

Roh-Chris: I don't have to work tomorrow so I'll probably be on tonight, at least until my fatigue exceeds my interest in the current conversation.

Speaking of work, yesterday there was a bit of drama where two girls started yelling at each other. There was a wild look the eyes of both of them and I really thought they were going to start hitting each other. Then later another person started talking about how ever since she had her first child (at the age of 16, and she refused to have an abortion) she lost about 95% of her family because they wouldn't talk to her any more.

Every day I am reminded to be thankful for the great family I have and for the best way of living I could possibly have found.

I wanted to buy a sweater dress this payday, but it looks like it is just not feasible. Blah. Guess food should come first.
