Look at John 9:2, And his disciples asked him, saying. Master, who did sin, THIS MAN or his parents that he was born blind? How could the man sin before he was born? (Jer. 1:5) explains: Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee and before you came out of the womb........ Well, Adam wasn't formed in the belly nor did he come out of the womb so was it known that he would sin?

Not sure if anyone here said that Adam was not formed out of the dust. As I had stated in another thread.

"Man was formed out of the dust of the ground."

In 1982, NASA ames research had made a discovery that the same elements that are within our body are found within the soil.

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. ~ (Genesis 2:7)

Now, the chances of Moses (The author of Genesis) making such a lucky guess about a modern day scientific truth is pretty darn amazing to say the least. Granted, Moses might have been able to make one or maybe two lucky guesses or truths as we know them today, but he would not have been able to account for all of the time tested truths in all of the five books he had written in the Bible. For we could have been formed out of gold, silver, rubber trees, castor beans, actinides, or lanthanides, (all of which have different properties than clay (soil). It is also interesting to point out that Christians were criticized for believing in Genesis 2:7 before this discovery was made, too.

God is the Alpha and Omega thus He declared the end from the beginning The Alpha is in eternity before the creation of time and this is before creation so in the end or Omega there will be no time but Eternity exist already outside of time

Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones
I believe the Living Word is the Alpha and the Omega in many different ways.

Check out this article here:

What does it mean that Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega?

In touching upon our current story discussion of Adam & Eve's Story involving their origin:

The Living Word is the Alpha (Beginning) of Mankind (Starting with Adam & Eve's creation) and the Living Word is the Omega (End) of mankind (When the Living Word (Jesus) destroys all the nations that come up against Him after He returns at His second coming).

Story #1 - God's Story (the Word) (Continued).
(We resume in Chapter 2 of God's Story):

Chapter 2: - God's Creation (Continued)

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them,

And God said unto them,
"Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

And God said,
"Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat" :

And it was so.

And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. (Genesis 1:27-31).

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, (Genesis 2:1-4).

Finger Prints of the Greatest Love Story Ever Told!

In the opening of God's love letter to man, God lets us know that He created all things in six days and stops from all His work on the seventh and blesses it. However, what you may not know, is that God had also secretly told us about the greatest love story of all in the beginning of His Word, too.

1. Day One of Creation:
God brings forth Light.
In the New Testament, Jesus is the Word made flesh (John 1:14) who is the light of all men whose light shineth out darkness (John 1:4-5). For He is the light of the world (John 8:12).

2. Day Two of Creation:
God separates the Water & creates the firmament or Heavens in-between them.
In the New Testament, Jesus is baptized in water and then the Heavens open up, which begins His ministry (Matthew 3:16). Jesus is our firmament or Heaven (i.e. bridge or stairway) between that which is Heavenly above and that which is Earthy below. For Jesus is the mediator between God and men.

3. Day Three of Creation:
Dry land (including rock) appears and vegetation such as trees come forth.
In the New Testament, Jesus is the rock of our salvation (1 Corinthians 10:4) who is crucified upon a wooden cross or tree for our sins or transgressions against Him (Acts 5:30).

4. Day Four of Creation:
After three days pass by, the sun, the moon, and the stars are raised up into the sky.
In the New Testament, on the third day, Jesus who is the Son of God or the Sun of righteousness (Malachi 4:2) (Revelation 1:16) rises from the grave (Matthew 28:5-6), ascends to the Father up in Heaven (John 20:17) enters the Holy place, and obtains eternal redemption for us (Hebrews 9:12).

5. Day Five of Creation:
God creates marine life and the fowl of the air.
In the New Testament, Jesus is the fisher of men (Matthew 4:19) (John 21:4-8) who returns to be with his disciples for 40 days, greeting them with a meal of fish, and then leaving them back up into Heaven again like a bird going up into the sky (Acts 1:9-10) (Psalm 91:4).

6. Day Six of Creation:
God creates animals and man.
In the New Testament, thru Christ's redemptive work of his death and resurrection, the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God (Romans 8:19).

7. Day Seven - After Creation:
God stops from his work, and blesses it as a weekly Sabbath rest for man.
In the New Testament, Jesus can forgive of us of our sins (1 John 2:1-2) and give us an eternal rest and Sabbath for all eternity if we choose to accept it (Matthew 11:28) (Hebrews 4:8-11). Thus restoring a broken relationship between God and man so that we may walk with Him in the light (1 John 1:7) and so that He may give us love and peace (Ephesians 3:17) (John 14:27).

This is the greatest love story ever told. Jesus, who was God Almighty in the flesh knew before the beginning of creation itself that we would sin against Him. So He came down into the flesh of a man to pay the price for our sins against Him. He died so that we could have life and so that we could have a loving and glorious fellowship with Him that is unlike any other. That is how much God loves us; And it is hidden for us to discover like a secret love letter or loving finger print right in the very beginning of Genesis.

Jesus Christ is also tied to the creation with the words "finished", seeing He is the Word made flesh who is a part of the Godhead (1 John 5:7) (John 1:1) (John 1:14).

Okay, so Moses was obviously under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit when writing Genesis. Therefore, the Holy Spirit here is declaring (thru Moses) that the creation is finished...

Genesis 2:1 - "Thus the heavens and the earth were "finished", and all the host of them."

And Jesus declares that the payment for the debt of the sins of the world is finished...

John 19:30 - "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished": and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."

And after the breaking of the Seventh Bowl (or Vial Judgment), the Father declares from the Heavenly Temple that the Judgment is done (i.e. finished)...

Revelation 16:17-18a - "And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, "It is done." And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings;

Story #1 - God's Story (the Word) (Continued).
(We resume in Chapter 2 of God's Story):

Chapter 2: - God's Creation (Continued)

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them,
Just as God created man in His own image,
we (believers) are to conform to the image of Christ (Who is God).

And God said unto them,
"Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
Believers are commanded by Christ to make disciples of all nations. This type of believer is being fruitful. This type of believer is helping to plant the seeds (Whereby God giveth the increase) so as to multiply and increase God's family. For the gospel will preached unto all the world, and then the end shall come (Matthew 24:14). For blindness has happened in part to Israel fulness until the fulness of the Gentiles comes in (Romans 11:25).

Believers are born again of incorruptible seed, which is by the Word of God. Believers are to not live by bread alone (food or meat), but they are to live by every word of God that they speak (Matthew 4:4). And our meat should be like the meat of Christ, too. For in John chapter 4, Jesus says his meat is to do the will of the Father. In other words, Jesus said abide in Him and abide in His Words.

And it was so.

And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. (Genesis 1:27-31).
When we are a new creation in Christ, and or regenerated and washed by the Holy Ghost, the Lord can call us "very good" because we are conforming to Christ as our substitute when we repented of our sins and trust in Him as our Savior. We are "very good" because we are taking on the identity of Christ. This is important to understand because God the Father declared that He was well pleased with His Begotten Son (Jesus).

Jesus is our eternal Sabbath or rest; For He said,
Moses was able to write about everything that happened BEHIND him because of Exodus 33:23, he was allowed to see the back parts (history), but my face (the future) would not be seen by him. He died before the promise land, because he was a representation of the law.
Just like the woman with the issue of blood came from BEHIND Jesus and touched the hem of his garment (Matt. 9:20) was a representation of all the people who still believed in blood sacrifice coming to Christ. They just made it by a hem.

I look at it as a rescue take over mission of love. Remember, Jesus said pray "OUR FATHER" who art in HEAVEN"
(Matt. 6:9).

There is a distinction made because there is another father (John 8:44) Ye are of your father the devil.....

We were bought with a price (1 Corin. 6:20) from what, from sin. From whom, the devil.

Day 1 (John 1:5) and the light shines in darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not. So there was a division among the people because of him (John 7:43). (John 9:16) and (John 10:19) talks of 2 more divisions. The Word was made flesh, he had to be speaking to someone why have a word with no one to hear it? The light had to shine in darkness (noun).

I like to look at creation like a capital T. First you have the earth covered with evil or evening people they are not saved. The spirit of God moved upon this mess in the form of light or enlightenment or the gospel being preached. That causes the first division to happen. The believers (day) were divided from the unbelievers (Night) because 2 can't walk together unless they are agreed. Thus the EVENING (night or darkness) and MORNING (light or day) were the first DAY. The other division comes with the water (people) who are believers having firmament or a gulf fixed from above from the waters below, day 2. Then God released the earth from under the oppression of the waters by gathering the waters into one one place. As far as the Sun, Moon and Stars go remember Gen. 37:10. I'm hoping someone understand this.

Very Interesting. Thank you for sharing. I do honestly appreciate your contribution. However, at the creation of this thread, I want to keep things on topic with the current story being discussed (That I put forth). Granted, I understand people have busy lives, so I am allowing some slack or leeway for people to post on past recent stories that we already just discussed if they feel they have something neat to share that is enlightening within the Scriptures.

But "Moses and His people's Story" is still yet a future story not under discussion. See my OP (Original Post) for the rules of this thread. I want everyone here to travel thru the stories chronologically (As much as possible) and reveal what each story says in light of the rest of Scripture and or Biblical Evidences (Such as Science and History that back up God's Word, etc.). Thnk of this thread as sort of like a traveling commentary. I post the stories, and folks comment. If for some reason I missed a story or the chronology is not correct, I encourage people to PM me about it so that the thread still continues on (So as to discuss all the stories in the Bible).

Hope you understand where I am coming from.
I am not trying to be bossy, but I just want folks to comment on all the stories of the Bible as we read them (one story at a time - From the Beginning to the End).

In other words, any discussion on the stories we are currently discussing and or recently discussed would be acceptable.

I would indeed value your future comments, so please stay and continue to share.

Anyways, may God bless you.
And please be well.

I read a commentary somewhere once about how Genesis chapter 1 is about "division."

I can't remember it exactly as it was written, but this is what I can gather
(Just by thinking about it currently):

Day 1 - Division of Light and Darkness.

Day 2 - Division of Waters Above (Heavenly Waters - Glassy Sea)
from the Waters Below Below (Earth's Waters).

Day 3 - Division of Land and Water.

Day 4 - Division of Day and Night and the Dividing (Separating) of Seasons
(Fall = Death; Spring = Life).

Day 5 - Division of Aquatic Animals and Animals of the Air.

Day 6 - Division of Animals and Man (Division of Male and Female and yet one).

Sorry, this is my first time at this and I will try to stay on topic. Moses was mentioned in one of the threads as to how he wrote Genesis etc., and I was just trying to reply to that. I don't read anything outside of the Bible, so I am not familiar with outside writings.

Story #3 - The Devil's Story
(Early Story Introduction)
(This story's beginning chapter is mentioned here but it's entire story with an overview of all of it's chapters will not be mentioned at this point until this entire story is complete (Which will be at the End of Revelation)).

Chapter 1: - The Fall of Lucifer.

Thus saith the Lord GOD;

"Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, ..."
(Ezekiel 28:12-17).

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, ... For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. (Isaiah 14:12-15).

Four things from the creation story aren't in the new Heaven and Earth. The sun and moon (Rev. 21:23). because God's glory and the Lamb will lighten it.

The Sea (Rev.21:1) and Night (Rev. 21:25), because I don't think these were good things.

The sea and the night were created by Jesus and you think these were not good things. Do you think that Jesus made a mistake by doing it? If the sea did not exist, we would have no fish to eat and there will be much less rain that we currently have and if we had no night, the earth will overheat to a point where nothing will exist. Do you really think they were not good things?

(John 1:12) He gives us power to become sons of God. (Matt. 10:24-25) The disciple is not above his master but can be as his master. We are to pray our Father (Matt. 6:9).
The danger comes when you want to be greater than and higher than God ,like Lucifer aka, the dragon, serpent, Devil, Satan (Rev. 12:9) (Rev. 20:2) and (John 8:44) father.

As in comment to the 1st chapter in the Devil's Story (i.e. the Fall of Lucifer):

A parallel can be loosely seen in Lucifer's Fall within the gospels. In John 8, Jesus says that the Pharisees were of their father the devil. For they had seen and done the works of their father (the devil). In other words, the Jews (As a nation) rejected their Messiah. They had failed to recognize Him. They had fallen from God and His ways (And sealed the deal of their rejection of Him by rejecting Jesus as their Savior). In fact, Jesus weeped when he looked over Jerusalem (Because of this). I can imagine how it hurt God when Lucifer rebelled, too. However, one major difference between the Jews and the devil is that the Jews are not cut off completely, though. They will one day (As a nation) repent and accept Him as their Messiah. But the devil can't do that, though. He rebelled directly against God with eyes wide open (with no vehicle of faith - Like man has).

The devil had fallen because he was lifted by his own beauty and became prideful. This is a parallel of Jesus saying to Pharisees to clean the inside of the cup and then the outside will be clean. For the Pharisees were concerned about looking beautiful and good in front of other people (Also see the Parable of the Tax Collector and the Pharisee, Luke 18:9-14). For the Pharisees were not concerned about God and His ways and getting their heart right with Him (i.e. the inside of the cup). They were selfish and not selfless. Being God focused is about being selfless and loving. What Lucifer did was the exact opposite of that. He wanted to be his own god. Just as Israel wanted to worship their own version of God that suited their self serving purposes (Thereby being their own god).

For the Pharisees had our Lord crucified in their fallen state. The devil used these fallen men to kill our Lord. But little did any of them know that the Lord conquered the devil and his followers at calvary and placed him under his feet. For this world is currently under the power or sway of the wicked one. They are all fallen just like Lucifer. However, unlike Lucifer, man can repent and turn to God by accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior. They do not have to be fallen anymore. They can be picked up and saved by Jesus and be transformed by His love (That is everlasting). A love that will live within their heart and clean them from the inside out. A love that will take them into the mountain of God one day (So as to worship Him in all His glory). For God is the true jewel and pearl of great price. He is our treasure. Our hope. Our love. Our everything.
