My encyclopedia says they have unearthed eight different civilizations at Jerico dating back to almost 10000BCE. But is guess it's wrong and the earth is really just a few thousand years old and created in six 24 hour days.

Yet anyone with access to history can tell you there is a plethora of historical mention of dinosaur/dragons living alongside mankind mentioned quite frequently until about 1500s AD. I am not sure if they are all dead in this time though it is likely many are extinct or elsewise ultra-rare due to the mass extinctions which occured due to the Industrial Revolution. The murky study of cryptozoology may indicate such creatures exist though this has not been definitevely proven (ie: Loch Ness monster, North America Thunderbirds, Mokele-embebe of Congo, etc.)

Apart from the Bible several direct historical sources and witnesses such as Marco Polo, Thucydides, Pliny, and Herodotus among others mention the existence of dragons/dinosaurs alongside mankind in a context of unsurprise as if such thing were ordinary and not so special in their respective time eras.

I might imagine his having to load onboard three extra elephants just to feed the pair of T-Rex. Then we must consider all the trees and plants to feed all the big lizards. He also had to feed meat to all the polar bears, grizzles, Black bears, lions, tigers, etc. That ark must have been larger than one of our largest aircraft carriers.

Disproven techniques like radio-atomic dating or 2. Disproven or unproven theories such as evolution, cultural evolution, etc.

If we goes by actual evidence it is obvious Jericho can only be a few thousands of years old since the Canaanite race cannot exist until its patriarch Canaan exists at minimum, and when Canaan and his progeny scattered throughout the world. This puts the longest possible date somewhere after Tower of Babel and the shortest possible date to its first destruction by God and Joshua.

Not every animal we see today was on the ark. Male and female and after their kind is key here.

(Books Genesis to Joshua) For the historical literature contemporary to the time era of Canaanite civilization, specifically Jericho pre-destruction (See book of 1 Kings for rebuilding of Jericho.)

For artifacts simply any search on google or youtube should provide numerous links which show the artifacts. Most of the artifacts are pottery, figurines, and the famous Jericho Skulls, as well as of course the fallen walls of Jericho.
