Yes, it's absolutely amazing how Noah boarded all those pairs of the different species of dinosaurs along with enough food to feed them. I might imagine his having to load onboard three extra elephants just to feed the pair of T-Rex. Then we must consider all the trees and plants to feed all the big lizards. He also had to feed meat to all the polar bears, grizzles, Black bears, lions, tigers, etc. That ark must have been larger than one of our largest aircraft carriers.
Not every animal we see today was on the ark. Male and female and after their kind is key here.
God did not need older animals, he needed younger animals in their adolescence, so they were able to mate when they came off the ark.

All animals & mankind were herbivores/vegetarians befere the flood.
Animals did not have a fear of man or beocme a food source of man and likley each other until after the flood [See Genesis Chapter 9]
Are you using Linear Egyptian Dynasty chronology or overlapping Egyptian Dynasty chronology for your basis of timelines for cities such as Jericho?
