Hi all, I have an interesting situation going on, and am wondering if any of you have had experience with this. I work with two other believers,(they go to church anyway), and there's times when it can get very stressful, especially with some of the other coworkers there. I became a believer two years ago, and I try to stay focused on Jesus, the bible, etc. all through the day, because if I don't, my mind can go into the sewer quick. I listen to Christian talk programs, music etc. I try to stay grounded in Jesus. He is where I get my comfort and strength
I noticed awhile back that one or both of these two people will come to where I am working, and they have even admitted, that they come to my area to ......how do I say......get the good vibes from me???? They even said that they need to touch me to feel better. Today they invited me to lunch, and back at work, they admitted it again. They are relying on me and what I have, instead of relying on God and what He can give. Yesterday it was put on my heart that the three of us should start praying together before work, to pray for good positive stuff and to pray for all the unbelievers there, maybe those two will start praying more on their own through the day. It's hard enough sometimes to stay grounded myself, let alone having two people wanting to "leech" off of me. I literally felt drained today, when I usually don't.
