I've not been regular at my workout schedule. I'll be resuming again from next week. Here is my workout routine -

I'm on a muscle gain program. Until the last phase of gymming I wasn't particular about my pre-workout and post-workout diet. I just ate a lot of food (really, a lot) and then worked out. But now I'm tweaking my diet to make sure I eat what's required by my body.

Sunday - rest day
Monday - chest + triceps + shoulders
Tuesday - back + biceps + abs (upper)
Wednesday - Off (rest day)
Thursday - cardio + legs + abs (lower)
Friday - chest + triceps + shoulders
Saturday - back + biceps + abs (upper)
Sunday - Off (rest day)

Right now I'm on the lower end of the optimal weight for my body size, but I would like to gain about 15-20 lbs.
If some of you can send me the excess calories you're shedding, that'll be helpful too.

Is Grace THAT BAD a cook? :p
I will be glad to have some fat removed and FedEx-ed your way - tourist is also trying to gain some poundage and I would love give all my poundage away to all of you guys.....

Swimming is the best exercise... just recently learnt how to swim and I am loving it.... plus I realised I'm less prone to major injuries in the pool(given my track record of clumsiness)

Strength training- I lift my daughter up above my head and zoom her around like a crazy, squealing, giggly airplane. Or else I move stupidly large rocks around in the yard. Or plunge the toilet with excessive force because the 80-some-odd-year-old plumbing can't handle the amount of sand in our water.

Other than that, my neighbor lady gave me this dilapidated bicycle a few days ago. So I've been riding that to go get the mail from the post office. And it's pretty exciting, because I never know when the seat is going to come loose and tip forward or backward.

I like to keep my workouts interesting.

Actual, on-purpose exercise- um...I'll get back to y'all on that.

I used to workout. Now I'm just like..

Isn't that a lab? They are so energetic.

If any dog-lover wants to work out, I would suggest going for a good run twice a day with their dog. That is a very good work-out. :)

My dog and I love to run together, but I get shin splints nearly every time I go out. :( This is a recent development. Not sure what is causing it to suddenly start happening.

I answered! See above in slightly smaller text. :p I am a fabulous cook! Not a single person has died yet from my cooking...
When I first read this, it registered as, "No single person has died yet from my cooking..."

To which, I automatically thought, "No SINGLE person has died yet from her cooking... that means the MARRIED people must the ones she's targeting..."

(Maybe it's it's a conspiracy.)

Am thinking... If I see a thread entitled, "Hey Married People!!! Come Quick, I Made You a Casserole!!" I may or may not open the thread... but I sure will know who posted it. :p
