Is homosexuality wrong?

People new to the forums,like myself,would not know this topic has been discussed too much. And the answer is yes,homosexuality is wrong.Clearly says so in the Bible.That doesn't mean you hate a person either.My 10 cents on the dead horse topic.
 
If a person is homosexual and a non believer, well....you wouldn't expect their life to be free of sin, nor for them to care about their sin. When that person accepts Christ and begins seeking Him with all their heart, their sins are going to slowly, (or in some cases, quickly,) come off. Homosexuality is one of those. There is no way you can have Christ in your heart, be seeking Him and reading His word, and not be convicted of sin and be transformed.
 
that is just about one of the many dumbest things I've seen on here lately come on really why post a topic you know Gods position on????? Is sin wrong? my God is this what the forum has come too!

My opinion yes it's wrong should we judge the person who is gay no..we should love the sinner not the sin. We can respect them and be friends with them and not agree with their lifestyle. I have a gay friend he is the nicest guy ever but I don't agree his lifestyle. All I can do is silently pray for him and hope MaybeGod would somehow change him. And to know it between him and God

Hi first time on this subject here so heres goes....... I am 20 years old and have a serious problem with homosexual urges. But yes I do believe it is disgusting in the eyes of god. But remember we are all like dirty rages in his sight. (And one dirty rag cant judge another rightfully) y is it disgusting? Well 1st god calls it sin and for most thats good enough. 2nd it has 2 do with perversion. If u ever look at gay pornographic material look at some of the categories. BONDAGE, VIRGIN, ANAL, its all unrightous lust over flesh. The same flesh at that. 3rd god told us to be fruitful and multiply ourselfs together. Man and women. If he was fine with gay marriage and pregnancy he would of made it clear in the beginning. NOW. with all that said I myself have had gay urges. And I am sure that its from demonic attack (not possession I am the temple of the holy spirit. Attacks) this is somthing I wish jesus would've said more about but im sure with alot and I mean alot of fasting, demon rebuking, and drowning yourself in the word u can overcome. Now as for me I really dont mean 2 sound like a hypocrite but I just turn 20 years old unfortunately Im just not there yet. Pray for me....:-) god bless
 
All sin is equal, I am sure that you all sin daily just as someone who is homosexual.

Please provide scripture evidence for this.

See, not all sin is equal in the bible. Some sins are called 'abominations', while others are not. Sexual sins are set apart from other sins because it is a sin against your body, no other sin is.
In the broad spectrum of things, yes, sin is sin, as in no matter the sin, it all has the same consequence and same need for forgiveness. But more accurately all sins are not the same in Gods eyes. Really, the important part is that all sin can be forgiven.
