"You can not have an abomination of desolation which everyone can see, if there is no temple"

You tell me why not?

What did the Lord say about the abomination of desolation?

.... and where did He say that this thing will stand?

Do you know what the Greek "topos" defines? [Matthew 24:15]

.... not a temple .... but a place .... the Lord is not referring to a temple of His on the mount

Which He would not accept in the first place .... and particularly one constructed by unregenerate "Jews"

Needless to say there are no instructions in scripture to build a tribulation temple

.... but there are instructions recorded for those of the past and His millennial temple

You go on and on with the idea that you have been taught, but if you are looking for a temple rebuild before or during the coming tribulation you will not see this

There will not be one [Revelation 11:2]

Do you even study much? Who taught you this stuff? Because you must be out there on your own, or have your own cult. I have studied this for 30 year. and your the first person of ALL the people I have studied (and there have been many) who say this. this teaching of the muslim thing is new, and it is cultish, so before you go slamming other cults you need to look at your own.

In daniels day, there was a temple. and a most holy place. it was called the holy of holys, The inner sanctum of the temple.

The people in Daniels day understood what it meant, the people in Jesus day certainly knew what it means, because antiocus epiphanies did that exact thing, as prophesied by daniel. when he sacrificed a pig in the "holy place"

One of the means of interpreting scripture is to interpret it as the original readers would interpret it. Here you are, not only do what you slam preterists of doing, but yourself do, (symbolising prophesy) to make it something no one in the first century would do.

If there is no temple. No one can see the abominable object (idle) standing in the holy place for there is no holy place.

Does not matter what the muslims want, Prophesy says a temple will be rebuilt, and the people of Judah will see the beast abominate the temple. at which point, they are warned to flee to the mountains.

You can not have an abomination of desolation which everyone can see, if there is no temple.
The "temple" is NOT a physical building. It is made with "lively stones" or those who have circumcised the flesh, whether of the body or the mind. You have not been revealed that which will sit, as he is now, because you all refuse to listen and you all refuse to see who's the cause of all the abominations of the earth..... Men! This again will began to happen when the worlds economies have fallen and paper no longer holds it back.

Then we will see how much it means and of what value is it to being either a "Muslim" or a "Christian" as both are presently designed to keep the masses divided!

the temple spoken of in prophesy and world history is a physical thing.

A physical temple was prophesied to be in existance and an idol was sitting in the holy place to defile it for all to see (or I should say ill be since it has not happened yet.

The temple is our body as far as salvation is concerned, but we are not talking about induvidual people as part of the church, we are talking about world history (or world future) as seen through the eyes of a prophet.

If you do not like it, thats not my problem. A physical temple was prophesied to be in existance and an idol was sitting in the holy place to defile it for all to see (or I should say ill be since it has not happened yet.

Why believe that when the bible emphatically declares God to NOT dwell in buildings made with human hands? What you believe is your business as is mine, but I know that looking for that which has not God is a waste.

The "temple" measured in Revelation was not a physical building, but those who do not worship at this church or that church but of those who worship in Spirit and in truth!

By the way, you have a very nasty disposition

For the forum

The most holy place is at the base of the western retaining wall for Israel today .... not in a tribulation temple

The Lord said not one stone will be left standing in His projection the time of then ....there still is not, and there will not be during the coming tribulation

His discourse is about the coming 70th week decreed for Israel .... the time of Jacob's trouble .... the tribulation period .... not 70AD

Who said God has been dwelling in it? God had not dwelt in the inner sanctum since long before the babylonian captivity, if he did, High priests who entered would still have been killed because they entered unclean.

God dwelling in it is not the question. the question is what prophesy says, You do not spiritualize prophesy to make it say what you want, you take prophesy at face value, and declare it will happen as God said it would. Or prophesy is useless.

Whatever, The temple which will be abominated by a world leader is a physical temple. God does not have to be present in the temple for it to be there. The world (more importantly israel) just has to SEE the UNHOLY thing STANDING in the HOLY PLACE. so they can do what Jesus told them to do. so he can protect them.

I never said it was in 70 AD.

It will be in a holy place for all the world to see. otherwise, the prophesy is in error.

Is that what we do what Gods prophesies? Make them error so we can interpret it any way we want? The pagan Gods can prophsy and have their prophesies come true if this is the case. And God is not seen as the ONLY GOD who can LITERAL SPEAK OF FUTURE EVENTS, and THEY OCCUR EXACTY AS GOD SAID THEY WOULD.

I am sorry of placing Gods prophetic word in question and mocking him gets me upset. it should get us all upset.

No ... the measured temple in Revelation 1:1 is the Lord's temple in heaven and those that worship therein [the immortal pre-tribulation church [Revelation 7:9-17] .... He has temple there you know .... Revelation is replete with the view as the narrative moves from heaven to the earth

In contrast, there can be no measurement of a "temple" that is not on the mount on the earth [Revelation 11:2]

It is interesting to note how the Jews have the following...

1. All material prepared to build a temple/tabernacle
2. The instruments of sacrifice prepared
3. The Kohen priesthood trained for sacrifice
4. A pure red heifer bred for sacrifice

I guess someone needs to tell them that they are wasting their time for sure.......!

well they are, if it is going to be used to save themselves eternally. But your right. Why do it if you have no intention of rebuilding a temple. they could build it and have it done in a year or two with todays technology.

You may believe what you want as well. My "war in heaven" is not angels with wings fighting each other. This is a battle for your mind!

Negative on both of your statements above

What you have been taught about these things is in error

Study on and maybe you will eventually get it

If you are going to teach the prophetic word your presentations need to be air tight .... otherwise people will catch you and this will serve to discount the same

Not all are called to the task

From what I have read and heard they can build it in a month as it seems to be more along the line of the tabernacle like what was used in the Exodus......

Again believe what you wish. You will be wrong, but keep waiting for it. They may build it for you.

The orthodox may or may not build something, but it will not be a temple of the Lords for sure

They will need to hurry, time is of the essence and not much left

The problem with the idea that there must be an expected temple of the Lord's on the mount is this:

The Lord may intervene with His "snatching" and related judgment before this day is over

There is no requirement for a rebuilt temple before

Some people will wait .... if you know what I mean

lol.. Funny you should say that.

My interpretation is sound, It literally happens as it says it will.

Your interpretation can make it say whatever it wants, which is chaos. and not in accordance with scripture or prophesy.

The test of a false prophet:
Deu 18:22
"When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him."

That is my guide. You should use it as yours.

In your process you are calling foul to the Lord's very words .... do you know what this means for you?
How am I calling God a foul if I believe Christ is the Lord, the promised Messiah? Oooh, that Jesus Christ had another "agenda" than what was expected by the Jews, that's another thing.

Do the scriptures below make any sense to you?
It makes a lot of sense to me, yes. This prophesy from Ezekiel had been taken by Christ and reinforced by Him when right before prophesying the destruction of the temple, He said "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill your prophets and stone those sent to you". The idea in Ezekiel is exactly the same idea of Christ: that the enemy is Israel, that they themselves are defiling the temple
(vs. 17, 18). Then it continues with the Lord coming, sanctifying and replace their stone hearts with new hearts and spirits. I believe this is a messianic prophesy.

.... or have you been taught to preterize the Lord and stick His future declaration into the past by selective metaphorical ranting
I believe Christ is the promised and prophesied Messiah.

And after you read this .... interpret Zechariah 14 for me as well .... I want to see how you render the passage

I don't know. I believe Christ is the Lord and He said that 'the kingdom of God has come'. So, I believe Zechariah 14 is also a messianic prophesy ('the Lord comes and reigns').

abomination

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world
for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

- the word of God stops going out

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet,
stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

-right before end time frame, no flesh alive if Christ not return. war, nukes

20 And when ye shall see (Jerusalem compassed with armies), then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.

21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out;
and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.

“Behold, the days come, saith the
Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine
of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of (hearing the words) of the Lord”

- the daily is the word of God

Understand, O son of man, that the vision
is for the time of the end”

Daniel 12
11And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination
that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Daniel 11
29At the time appointed he shall return, and come toward the south;
but it shall not be as the former, or as the latter.
30For the ships of Kittim shall come against him:
therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant:
so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.
31And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength,
and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

“For two thousandand three hundred evenings and mornings” (see margin kjv).
Not 2300 days—2300 evenings and mornings.

Verse 26 even calls this the vision of the “evening and the morning.”
Leviticus 6:9 and 12 show that the daily sacrifice was offered
in the evening and in the morning.

see dan 8-11,24 this happened in 167 b.c., but dual for future, last days end time

This army is what makes Jerusalem desolate,It desecrates the Holy place

king of the north enters land
troups arrive for piece, but do a double cross
and half of the city is taken.
