Maybe plant a seed for them to see the error of their ways? They will bash this post, and Christians, and so on and so on.

It's hard for them to defend the Quran. (because it IS lies) I ask the OP, if it is indeed common knowledge in their 'community' that Mohammed/Quran have taken the number 666? (any studying/Google search will show you that they have and they do...claiming it is the God of the Bible who "tainted" those numbers?)

Not too much to proceed with in a debate with those who hate the God of the Bible. For it is only the God of the Bible that can show them the truth.

I believe your stay on a Christian board will be short-lived because you have no credibility when you chose to use the Al Taqiyya practice. I am familiar with the Quran so I am nobody's fool.:p Once a liar, always a liar unless you repent in Jesus name

MyChoice, my former Muslim employer (and present friend of mine) had a business friend come to my office, who was also Muslim. This man kept impressing upon me that I was his violent enemy just by being a Christian. He said my being a follower of Jesus Christ was actively antagonistic and threatening to him. I tried to explain to him that I accepted him as a human being and had nothing against him. I stood there with tears streaming down my face when I realized he hated me with a passion for no reason. He then frightened me with the statement that if he could, if the US allowed it, he would kill me.

Please explain to me why that is acceptable.

Though, I do have my doubts about your story if I am honest.

I am in daily contact with Christians and Jews and those of other religions. Daily contact.
I have no problems with them, and they have no problems with me.

I or We as Muslims do not threaten those of other religions in the manner that you have told me. If you think this is a common Muslim act or belief, then you are wrong and in fact spreading lie.

I have had similar incidents of disrespect from Muslims, so you are not alone. I basically told them in an indirect way to "watch their backs." They became fearful and changed that nasty attitude very quickly. Most Muslims in this country keep their form of hatred to themselves because most Americans wouldn't tolerate it like they do in Europe.

Sorry I have to.....I apologize if someone has covered this already.
There are 1.3--1.5 BILLION professing Muslims in the world?
They say only 25% are "extremists" in their religion.
That's over 300 million of them to be scared of.
300 million willing to chop my head off or willing to do very vile things for it's cause.
300 million?--That's the population of America.
Why I simply ask, (and should one reconsider their religion?) would you want to be a part of anything/something that (by percentage of it's extremists)--shows it is violent, vile, cruel and full of hate?

If you are peaceful, then why/how do you (the other 75%), defend the other horrible 25% that claim the same belief system?

I seriously do not know where you get those statistics from. Seriously dont know. Ive not heard of a well documented Stats gatherer coming up with those number.
Ive not seen it on a newspaper article, a TV broadcast, or any other place of such.

Even ISIS, the Taliban and Boko Haram, combined do not equal that number.

So my question is why do you make up figures in your head.

Secondly, I want you to define extremists?

Great Point!! Can you imagine the overwhelming majority of so-called peaceful Muslims are willing to follow the radical, evil Muslims because they are so terrified of them. Does that sound like a religion anyone wants to join? Sadly, the majority of them are born a Muslim at birth and it is a crime against Islam to change or convert. In many cases it is "death" to those who try.

Theres no point with those arguments I could quash those easily.

"Extremists" : willing to chop off the heads of non believers...even children.

I got those stats from a Muslim (and Google search) defending it. Claiming only "25% are bad, don't bash us all."
Even if it were .000456% - that are extremists, that is still .000456% more than Christians willing to do the same terrible things to non believers.

I'm sorry, I'm am not bashing you as an individual. But Islam, Mohammad, Quran.....bad stuff there.

I am a little to old to play your twist & bait practice. I have researched & studied the Koran, therefore, I don't need your knowledge. Able to research any question about the Koran without being lied to. Nice try in trying to shift the heat from you onto others on a Christian board.
