How do you know my situation? Maybe I hate technology and money and desire to live off the grid? The smart phone would then be useless to me. Yet, I could still say what I did to my friends in playful conversation and be correct grammatically. In fact, just imagine the blind man later finding out that he was tempted by some guy (who did not know he was blind) into looking at women lustfully. The blind man can then say to his blind friends that he was tempted by this guy and not be wrong grammatically in saying that.
Let's swap with another emotion. A girl can love you, and can even say she had done loving things for you, but if you are not interested, it is a love that is one way. In other words, Rick was loved by Sarah last night. She brought him dinner. Ironed his clothes. Took his dog for a walk. And waited on him hand and foot until he went to bed. While Rick was happy and grateful that all these things were done, he was still not in love with Sarah. But she sure loved Rick, though.
In other words, swap the word "tempted" for "loved" in Matthew 4.
Nothing in Scripture about how he struggled or considered such an idea.
"When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone." (John 6:15).

But you forget "let this cup pass from me". He is and was a man as much as He is God. Tempted in all ways as we are.
Your missing the point. Research the internet or talking to an English teacher. A person can say they can be tempted by somebody and yet not have any interest in the temptation given. This is basic education.
As I stated before within this thread, Jesus did not reject in going to the cross in this moment. Jesus did not have a moment of weakness. Jesus here was not outside the Father's will. Jesus was simply asking the Father if there was another way to save us, but then He instantly knew that there was no other way and He quickly agreed with the Father's plan to save us by going to the cross. Remember, Jesus said if it is POSSIBLE let this cup pass. This was not a refusal of going to the cross, but it was Jesus exploring with the Father (If there was some other way). If Jesus did not truly want to go to the cross, then he would have said to the Father that He just didn't want to do it despite the Father's will. So there was no refusal of receiving the cup from the Father. Jesus asked if it was POSSIBLE to the Father (Seeking the Father's will). Jesus never refused the cup. He was merely asking if there was some other way (Just to be sure). In fact, if Jesus did refuse in going to the cross, by his statement of "let this cup pass from me" then Jesus would be hypocritcal for rebuking Peter when Peter did not desire Jesus to go to the cross. Jesus went so far as to call Peter.... Satan for suggesting such a thing.
Your first paragraph makes no sense, you used the words cops at your door... So you did want them, just no cops.. As for the blind man, he can HEAR the women ask for a TWENTY " to get a dance ". He was tempted.. Don't need your grammatical accuracy, because it's inaccurate.
2nd paragraph
Love and tempt, are two different words... No swapping .. Your second example has no merit, there was no temptation of sin.

Yes He prayed for another way until His sweat became blood He was so distraught and asked Peter, James, and John to stand with Him. What did He say "can you not keep watch with me for one hour". The humanity is clearly shown and three years before Satan tempted with being king. Satan took Him to the highest pinnacle and showed Him all the kingdoms of the Earth and said bow down and worship me and I will give them to you. Talk about temptation, what would we have done?
In regards to Hebrews 4:15: Words in the Greek can have different meanings just like in the English language. In this case, the Greek word for the English word "tempt" can be defined as "tested." This can also be seen in Modern Translations, the KJV Dictionary, and by looking up the Etymology or origin of the English word "tempt."
In other words, if you read the passage as saying "tested" instead of "tempted" as some Modern Translations render it, then the passage becomes a little clearer as to what it is saying to us.

No. Jesus was asking if it be the Father's will. Jesus was not going outside the Father's will. That's the point. Oh, and when Jesus continued to pray, He sweat great drops of blood because He was taking on everybody's sins. It was all one prayer under the Father's will and direction. Jesus did not disagree with the Father.
As for the devil tempting Jesus. These were all external temptations by the devil. There is no indication in the Bible anywhere that says Jesus considered in doing evil, or that He could have failed in His mission. Christ told others that He was going to die and raise from the dead. Jesus said this with certainty.
No, that was not my point. I did not say "love" and "tempted" mean the same thing. I was trying to illustrate to you that an action of emotion can be one way. Temptation a lot of times involves a bad emotion. In some cases, certain temptations do have no effect certain people. It's the same with love. A person love another, but that does not mean their love will be returned.
That is the point why I asked you to throw in the word "love" instead of "tempt." It was to get you to see that if somebody loved someone else, there is no guarantee that the love would be shared by the other. It is the same with temptation.

Oh, and why are not interested in seeking out the truth with an English Teacher or in researching the internet to confirm that I am right on this matter?

If you are asked to sin, against yourself or others, NO MATTER what it is, if you accept you failed and have fallen; if you deny this " test ", you have successfully completed the process of this test. As for love, the guy accepted this girl to do these things, so either he is being deceptive or this girl is just lusting after this guy... No love lost... Because none was found...

What did Jesus tell Peter in the garden " do you not know that if I ask my Father and He will send twelve legions of angels to my defense", Mind you that one unnamed angel killed 185,000 trained veteran soldiers of Assyria.

Jesus rejected tempation, He did not succumb to Satan.
Jesus was a man, a living example of the way and the truth. Satan failed to tempt Jesus.

Again, want to be clear that "Love" and "Temptation" are not defined as the same thing.
My point was this:
Both "Love" and "Temptation" on a basic level can take the form of "emotion + action." In other words, there are many scenarios were somebody can express "emotion + actions" towards another and yet the person receiving those "emotion + actions" may not be interested in them, though.
The heart of the questions I am getting at with this thread is....
Do you believe Jesus had the capacity to sin?
Do you believe Jesus could have failed his mission?
Anyways, I gotta really hit the hay.

No. Didn't say that. The sins were in the cup and Jesus took the cup in the Garden that had all our sins within the cup. Peter says He bore our sins within his body. Isaiah says He was wounded for our transgressions, etc. When Jesus died on the cross He paid the penalty for sin and then His resurrection conquered the punishment of sin and death.
