Crossnote looks around, sees no intelligence (except his own) then proceeds to erect barbed wire fences and padlocked gates to keep the 'inmates' safe while he is away. Here is a look inside...they should be safe...

Erecting barbed wires to segregate the inmates from the outsiders is wrong, in my opinion. We ought to accept everybody with open arms, inmates or not. I disapprove of the barbed wires!

Watch out there are more of us than you and if you don't watch it you will be the one on the inside of that barbed wire fence for your own protection......hahahahahaha
