Depends on what you mean Hizi, because I was wicked at one point in life.. I think He feeds everyone, and if He does that, we should love everyone..Does this verse still hold true? Or is this "OT" and done away?
Proverbs 15:29, "Yahweh is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous."
I believe yes, this verses is just as true today as it was the day it was written.
Thank you for the reply.
And I want to humbly remind everyone to please vote, because I am curious what the general consensus is.

Ro 3:19 ¶ Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
So whats your point? The purpose of the law is to make all guilty before God, not to justify anyone! But now the righteousness of faith is revealed through the gospel and we who believe have been set free from the law.... This is pretty basic stuffThe same man that wrote that wrote this:
Acts 24:14, "But I confess this to you, that after the way which they call heresy--so I worship the Father of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets."
Romans 7:25, "Thanks be to Yahweh, I have deliverance through Yahshua Messiah our King! So then, with this same mind, I myself serve the Law of Yahweh, while in the flesh that is yet subject to the law of sin."
2 Kepha 3:15-16, "...Shaul, in accordance with the wisdom given to him, has written to you, As also in all his letters, speaking in them about these things, in which are some things hard to be understood, which those who are unlearned and unstable twist, as they also do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction."
Romans7:7, "What? Can anyone therefore say that the Law is sin? No! By no means! But to the contrary, I did not know sin; transgression of the Law, except through the Law, for I did not know lust, unless the Law had said: Do not covet." 12 Therefore the Law is holy, and the commandments are holy, and just, and righteous. 14 For we know that the Law is spiritual; but I was carnal, sold into the power of sin. 25 Thanks be to Yahweh, I have deliverance through Yahshua Messiah our King! So then, with this same mind, I myself serve the Law of Yahweh, while in the flesh that is yet subject to the law of sin.
Romans 8:5-8, "For those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on the things of the flesh; but those who live according to the Spirit, set their minds on the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against; (bitterly opposed to), Yahweh; for it his not subject to the Law of Yahweh, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are of the flesh cannot please Yahweh."
And I still ask for a yes or no to the main topic:
Does this verse still hold true?
Yes it holds true. I only ask who are the "wicked?"Does this verse still hold true? Or is this "OT" and done away?

c.1200, extended form of earlier wick "bad, wicked, false" (12c.), which apparently is an adjectival use of Old English wicca "wizard" (see wicca). Formed as if a past participle, but there is no corresponding verb. For evolution, compare wretched from wretch. Slang ironic sense of "wonderful" first attested 1920, in F. Scott Fitzgerald. As an adverb from early 15c. Related: Wickedly.
"bundle of fiber in a lamp or candle," 17c. spelling alteration of wueke, from Old English weoce "wick of a lamp or candle," from West Germanic *weukon (cognates: Middle Dutch wieke, Dutch wiek, Old High German wiohha, German Wieche), of unknown origin, with no known cognates beyond Germanic. To dip one's wick "engage in sexual intercourse" (in reference to males) is recorded from 1958, perhaps from Hampton Wick, rhyming slang for "prick," which would connect it rather to wick (n.2).Yes I believe we should love everyone, and beyond a doubt Yah has sent great mercy, thus wiping away our errors.
Well since at the bare minimum this verse was true when it was written, my question is;
Since the Blood of Messiah has become our mercy, would this verse still hold true? For one that has accepted the Messiah would their wicked or righteous actions have a bearing on Yahweh haring our prayers?
I understand what it means. Just who are they? How can we know? Even Christ called his disciples evil.Proverbs 15:29, "Yahweh is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous."

Before I answer the last question I feel I should address this part of the previous one, just to clarify: "Since the Blood of Messiah has become our mercy..."
- The blood of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, is not our "mercy.' His blood is our 'righteousness.' Through it we, believers, are absolved of sin and are thereby clothed in Christ's righteousness. It was God's (YHWH's, Yahweh's) 'mercy' that gave us his son as an unblemished sacrifice.
To answer the question: "For one that has accepted the Messiah would their wicked or righteous actions have a bearing on Yahweh hearing our prayers?"
- Absolutely not. Yahweh hears every believers prayer. For best prayer results pray this way:
Philippians 4:6note: supplication means humbly (respecting His authority)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving,
let your requests be made known to God.
I hope this helps Hizikyah. May Yahweh bless and keep you under His protective wings.
