Not in the original Greek Revelations 9:16 doesn't. What is says is καὶ ὁ ἀριθμὸς τῶν στρατευμάτων τοῦ ἱππικοῦ δισμυριάδες μυριάδων· ἤκουσα τὸν ἀριθμὸν αὐτῶν or "and the number of the armies of the calvary [was] twice ten thousand ten thousands; I heard the number of them."
The phrase is metaphorical not literal and simply stands for an immense host. Cavalry was chosen as it was an emblem of power in ancient times (note that the Parthian cavalry were the most formidable barbarian force of John's own day).
Oh, and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAOSTAT) 2006 report asserts there are 7,402,450 horses in China.

Revelation does mention an Army of 200,000,000 coming on horseback from the East. Could be China although why they would come on horseback is very strange. They certainly have a big enough population to cover it but do they have that many horses?
