I love this question - its not the first time i've heard it. For me i think of it as a wake up call. When I think about what I want to find in a partner to spend the rest of my life with i think of qualities such as a man who reads his bible regularly, someone who listens to what God is saying, and someone who goes to God first when lifes trials and joys come along. Then i think "if someone out there was like that, and was looking for a gal, would i be someone they are looking for?" and right now for me the answer is no. I want to be closer to God.

you sound like a normal chic; you need a normal calm dude, in light of this you can see the advantage in letting the calm one make the final decisions(he must be selfless and trustworthy - your problem to find one) this way you can continue to enjoy your emotions - hopefully the ups make the downs worth it
