Okay... 1-4 and 6 are understandable, 9 yes, mental inactivity encourages dementia, people shouldnt just be watching TV, especially past a certain age, if you dont use it you lose it.
5 is not really a habit, but I guess it could be damaging?
I'd like to see some expounding on 7, 8 and 10, not really undestanding the logic there.

1.No breakfast - Sometimes I miss that.
2.overeating - Oops
3.smoking - never smoked.
4.High sugar consumption - Oops
5.Air pollution - Yes and See # 3, so in a way I guess I have smoked. That pollution is pretty bad..
6.Sleep Deprivation - Pretty much A LOT.
7.Head covered while sleeping - Not guilty too much of this.
8.Working your brain during illness - I overwork my brain all the time with worrying.
9.Lacking in stimulating thoughts - eh..sometimes.
10.Talking rarely - I'm shy..great.

11. (As Tintin said) Consuming pornography.
12. Shutting God out of your mind, again and again..and again.. I've done this before its not good at all for your thought process.

Hmm... I suppose. That's a pity though, because in cool weather it's brilliant to be able to snuggle all the way under the covers.

the lack of good or clean oxygen is so damaging along with the lack of sunshine and pure water -
and exercise -
the way that most people stay inside some kind of artificial atmosphere throughout the day
will definitely hinder and/or destroy normal rejuvenation and good health -
it's sort of like living in a Petri Dish.

I'm with SoulWeaver on this. They do seem reasonable but I'd like to see these explained a little more.

As to #7, I would think that has to do with too little oxygen and a concentration of carbon dioxide. Understandable.

Sure number 7?

When I sleep I use a thing like this (pasamontaña) to avoid sneezing when a cold breeze gets into my bedroom
