And by the way, if you don't post in this thread every two hours or so it will quickly get buried. The Bible Discussions forum is a very active one and anything left dormant for a while is lost in the shuffle. It's not anybody's fault, it's just life in the fast lane.

I am not the youngest person on the block but there were so many rules that it was overwhelming to me and I don't get it but then I am Blond so I will leave it at that.

I am not judging, just encouraging a way to help others to spend continual time at Jesus feet, hearing His word.

These rules are so tiny compared to the schoolmaster/old testament law.

If a person is not developing personal rules to help in obeying all the commandments of Jesus...then I would be worried.

How many times do you think in your mind...I should not have done that?

How many rules I wonder could be listed from only new testament commandments?

Mark 12:28-30New King James Version (NKJV)

The Scribes: Which Is the First Commandment of All?
28*Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving[a] that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”

29*Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30*And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.[c]

So...
It seems that people are scared to vote/cast lots.
It seems people are scared of this game...or...just too busy to choose to play a game that promotes choosing that good part. Maybe most do not want that good part? Naah...I don't believe that.

Luke 10:38-42New King James Version (NKJV)

Mary and Martha Worship and Serve
38*Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. 39*And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’[a] feet and heard His word. 40*But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.”

41*And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. 42*But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”

Maybe your game just plain sucks. I certainly don't understand it due to the pages of rules. Is this really a serious game or just frivolous posts to stir up trouble?

Well God help us Jon4TheCross, we're all heartless brutes because we didn't slog through your game! I guess we'll all burn in hell for this.

Sorry, that was... no, I'm not sorry. That had to be said. Jon I have no idea why you would think anyone wants to try a game you are trying to browbeat people into playing. A game should be fun, not something I do in my loyal duty as a christian. In your first post you SAID you were looking for ideas and input. You solicited input in the very thread title. But every time someone gives you his opinion on the game you blast the poor helpful sod.

If you were this arrogant and argumentative in a Linux forum you would get no help at all. If you came into certain other forums you would probably get your computer hacked and rooted. At least in this forum we're christians. Be grateful for that.

It is a parable to the world and a real ministry tool which knocks the socks off of any ministerial college, because it promotes continually spending time at Jesus feet and hearing His word...which is a part in the body of Christ not very popular...

Most it seems (but I think it's just the sin in the flesh...not the real) do not like the idea of continually.
Mary was promised that the one needful thing would not be taken away from her for choosing that good part.

Acts 6:1-4King James Version (KJV)

6*And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.

2*Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables.

3*Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

4*But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

So many christians spend so much money on college, and get such a low return out of it. This game has very high spiritual reward return because it doesn't require anyone to read anything but the bible in order to get powers.

The world will hate this game for another reason...in such an atmosphere continually...doctors will lose customers.

I do have a hundred fold promise...I confess.
Wanna be part of it now? Or maybe later we can start voting together. I can wait.

Verily indeed ;)

Mark 10:29-31King James Version (KJV)

29*And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,

30*But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

31*But many that are first shall be last; and the last first.

Since I am about double your age that is probably one reason I don't get it. But if we need to spend time at Jesus feet I guess I will just stick with reading the Bible and prayer. There are a lot less rules for me to just read the Bible. I learn something new every time I do that and parts of it come alive for me. I will say I know I have read this before but I understand it so much better now than before....Maybe you just have to keep reading it over and over or maybe it is the Holy Spirit lighting up my 60 year old mind.

Well good luck with your game and hope it helps you get closer to God....Bible will do that too just remember....Blond out.

I can go back to the woods and experience the same...but part of me feels selfish if I do that again.Maybe I have no choice...but separate continually is so awesome.

2 Corinthians 6:16-18King James Version (KJV)

16*And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17*Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

18*And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

I can guarantee I need no doctor according to the flesh living like this.

Matthew 16:18-20King James Version (KJV)

18*And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19*And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Two have already agreed. This game will go on...it is loosed.

Matthew 18:18-20King James Version (KJV)

18*Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

19*Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20*For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Even the replies to this thread up until now have been part of the parable.

All things common is not a game...which is what I experience alone with God...including full healing. The responses after my previous are not part of the parable.

Just so you know... I do love you all...but no jesting please.

Ephesians 5:3-5King James Version (KJV)

3*But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

4*Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.

5*For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
