Well it don't really matter what you think about me or the Sabbath ...it only matters what Gods Word says.
You are absolutely correct about that...

Why do you guys deny love?

1Jo 2:9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.
10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

Interesting, the Bible definition of love is KEEPING the Commandments and you call us the guys who deny love...

Rom 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Joh 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

1Jn 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1Jn 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Frankly, what you do is your concern, not mine but teaching others that love means one does not have to keep the Commandments is of great concern to me. You are spreading falsehood.

Why some cannot see that legalism only stirs up strife and contention in their own hearts and in fact takes them farther away from fulfilling the law in love as they are clearly commanded? Bitterness and envy are the fruits of legalism.

No. What the bible clearly teaches that all the law is fulfilled in one word ..love and that every commandment is fulfilled in love. Love not legalism! And that's what bothers you.

How about defining love for us so we will know how to love?

Well you must start with the commandment of Christ to love as He has loved you. Did He justify and love you according to the law or according to faith? See how He loved you and then as you have received Christ Jesus so walk ye in Him.

the antichrist greek way of philosophy, religion, and demonic thinking has wiped out the ability of most of the world to see the truth. what is a lie, is published as the truth. what is true, is called a lie. everywhere, worldwide.

over 500 times in torah, scripture, God's Word, Jesus say to do what the word says to do, and not to be a hearer only -
the doers, not the hearers, are justified. Plus, on top of all that, He says that every thought and dream and imagination and hope must be brought subject to Him also. not just all the acts and deeds, but all the thoughts of the mind also.

Jesus never once says to disobey God. Never. Not even once.

Actually, He justifies us according to Law...

1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Sin is the transgression of the Law. Who has sinned...

Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

So we are all condemned by the Law to death...

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Sin requires blood...

Exo 30:10 And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the LORD.

Christ's blood was shed in our stead...

Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

All of this was done according to Law.

So, it is some ethereal thing you cannot define?

I was always taught that if you could not adequately explain something, you did not understand it.

Tell me how to love God and how to love my neighbor.

John 13:34-35
[SUP]34 [/SUP]A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
[SUP]35 [/SUP]By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

1 John 4:7-14
[SUP]7 [/SUP]Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
[SUP]12 [/SUP]No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
[SUP]13 [/SUP]Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.

Now, explain how we love God and how we love our neighbor. How is it done?

We love our neighbor by showing Gods love for us through His Son and our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

We love God by loving His Son, Jesus Christ. By living as a soldier in the faith of Jesus Christ.

lol they can't answer it.

Hey guys looooove just looooove.

what does that mean?

Loooove man looove

You say Jesus is our example in that we agree, um He kept the 10 commandments.

So Jesus loved and He kept the 10 commandments wait a second that lines up with all the scriptures that attach the commandments to love one another. could it be just a coincidence.

what about the Old Covenant. It is clear they were told to obey yet it was still by faith, still based on love.

Oh no the whole bible agrees.

The weird thing is you agree up to a point,

you will say, oh I love so I don't steal because stealing is not love, in that you are right.

but then in the next breath oh keeping the Sabbath I don't do that cause love fulfills the law.

Really so love fulfills don't steal by not stealing.

but remember the Sabbath by forgetting about it?

inconsistent indeed.

But hey lets ignore that and keep saying "love" lets even quote verses that say it and ignore the ones that say to keep the commandments which are right next to it.

I can just see it now, Hey honey I am changing the date of our anniversary and your birthday because I love you.

Hey boss I am going to turn up to work late every day cause I love you.

Yes love means I don't have to obey times.

God asks you to remember one day out of seven. by the way the Sabbath is the only reason for a seven day week.

and you say no, cause I love you. well friend you were given six days and God reserved one specific day.

you are stealing from God. you are stealing time that God reserved for Himself,

i think jesus said 'with their lips they worship/serve god, but their heart is far from me'.

because those whose heart is abiding in jesus, have no trouble at all doing all that the father says to do, even unto death, let
alone
the non-burdensome ten commandments freely and joyously obeyed by his sons.

here is a problem that those who say the Sabbath is done away with ignore.

Jesus made the Sabbath a set apart day before sin entered the world.

In other words the Sabbath was a good thing.

How does Jesus dying because of our sins actually mean He came to do away with a good thing He made. I thought he came to destroy the works of the Devil. according to you He also came to destroy His own works eg the Sabbath.

to add to the silliness of such a saying is this,

Remember Jesus died to take away our sin, sin is breaking the law.

keeping the Sabbath is part of the law, so you are saying that Jesus came to save us from sin by making it ok for us to sin.

you are so inconsistent its not funny, in the Old Covenant the 10 commandments served to show what sin is, which is breaking the 10 commandments. John makes it clear that nothing has changed as far as showing what sin is.

When God said to Israel obey the 10 commandments He was simply saying, Sin no more.

but you teach to break one.

Jesus died because of our sin/lawlessness you teach that we can now continue to sin by breaking the Sabbath.

"but" but nothing, the Sabbath is one part of the one law like it or not. 10 commandments 1 law that points out sin.

God said it with His own mouth and the Sabbath was part of that 1 law. that 1 law is summed in 1 word, love. always was always will be.

so if you break any part of that 1 law you do not have the love of God in you. the Sabbath is a part of that one law.

to break any part of that 1 law is sin. Jesus came to destroy the works of the Devil and sin is the Devils works. the law says its sin to break the Sabbath just as it is any other of the 9 parts of the 1 law.

So you are in sin if you break the Sabbath.

Yes don't love in word but love in deed...don't claim to keep the law but fulfill it in love.

Galatians 2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

If I'm dead to the law I'm not looking back at it in order to try and fulfill it by my carnal understanding and strength.

If I continue to look back to the law to try and fulfill it by my own strength and will I am not living unto God. Can't have it both ways. Either you are walking by faith or you are walking by the law.

By faith we come to Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ gives us rest. As His Eternal Gift.

This rest and gift includes obedience. If it didn't, then we would still be under works of the law attempting to be obedient. But we aren't.

The Lord Jesus Christ gives us rest through the Holy Spirit. The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is what causes us to walk in His Statutes.

Which, even though you make fun of it, is love.

So, it is some ethereal thing you cannot define?

I was always taught that if you could not adequately explain something, you did not understand it.

Tell me how to love God and how to love my neighbor.

Its something you must learn from Christ and the Holy Spirit must shed the love of God abroad in your heart...Im mean are you born-again? If not we should get that taken care of first.

but you don't believe this do you?

"The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is what causes us to walk in His Statutes."

because you teach that having the Holy Spirit allows us to not walk in all His statutes namely the Sabbath.

Its something you must learn from Christ and the Holy Spirit must shed the love of God abroad in your heart...Im mean are you born-again? If not we should get that taken care of first.

to be born again means to not sin. the old man sinned the new creature does not. as it is written:

1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

sin is breaking the law:

1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

So according to these verses to breaking the law is sin, the Sabbath is part of the law, and those who are born of God do not sin/break the law.
