I am taking some courses about family counseling, and one topic in particular I am trying to understand is how a woman thinks and see the world, a non converted woman and a Christian sister.

What are the key goals of a woman and desires versus a man?
What they expect , they look to find in a husband?
How affects the external beauty or is used to manipulate or get to objectives?

Thanks a Lot,

I am waiting to hear your feedback.

You cannot package all women into one group, different women want different things - even secular women (I know I used to be one) look for different qualities in a man. For secular women: I guess generally they want a man who will love them, not cheat, a guy who maybe will make them laugh. Some secular women are only after provision. For the Christian woman it's very different: A Christian women would probably be seeking a Godly man who loves God first and who will love and respect her.

These days many young secular women like to drink vast quantities of alcohol, wear very little and not care too much who they sleep with. Christian women tend to dress attractively without displaying too much flesh, drink little and aim not to get too intimate before marriage - though the latter is not always the outcome.

This is a very general take on things and varies from woman to woman - as it does with men I guess.

Treat them as human beings. Ask them the same thing you would ask a man. Career, family, hopes and dreams. Hobbies, exercise.

Do NOT treat them as marriage fodder. Really, the OP sounds like something from a 1950's women's magazine. Using your "beauty" to manipulate???

Some of us prefer what scripture says about beauty.

"but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious." 1 Peter 3:4

Really, their walk with Christ is the most important thing. Ask what that is about, if they are Christian. It should inform everything we do! If it doesn't then are we any different than the non-Christian woman?

coming from 'both sides'-(secular then Christian)_ of woman-hood -

lets see,
(get real, get honest, get that Holiness that Christ has so
lovingly offered, get what has been given....with humility and grace.

we so want our mates to know our hearts and minds and to act on
our needs with LOVE.:)

Thanks for you feedback , just doing an study and a plan how to get more into de marriages problems, Christians and not Christians, we all agree that women are more fragile and have that sixth sense to see and perceive thinks we man cannot , also woman is more responsive than man. And is in part of the brain composition. I am not talking very spiritual here, because my goal is advise, and target area need to be repaired from non Christian couples based onBiblical principles .
