It's been almost 3 months since and I still worry that Jesus will not forgive me.

In the Biblical book of Revelations - In the end days and Great tribulation, the Antichrist will try to cause everybody to receive a mark in the right hand or forehead that nobody can buy or sell without it, it will be the name of the number of the beast 666.

Anybody who accepts it will go to hell when they die, they then belong to Satan when taking the mark. there will be no excuses whatsoever

some believe the mark of the beast in the end times could be the human chip, invisible ink, palm readers e.t.c. could be placed/put on right hands/foreheads or be a step toward, the forerunner of or the actual mark of the beast in the future that will be applied on hands and foreheads. [/FONT]

About 3 months ago on a few occasions I held UPC barcodes side touching my forehead. I knew it was stupid and I knew in my heart that it was wrong during the act but I still did it anyway.
I was at home and the UPC barcodes were from shopping/grocery items I'd bought earlier from the shops

[FONT=Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, san-serif]that was about the beginning of December 2014 and I have never done it since and will never ever do it again, I just want to move on and draw closer to God but I feel that my worry is hindering me to draw close to God.

I want to know if Jesus has forgiven me or if you don't think he will forgive me from this act. I want your honesty regardless so please just be honest as you can. do you think Jesus can forgive me ?

HAHAH well everyone does a few things every now and then that later comes to mind as foolish.....The mark of the beast is something that will come on the scene and is more along the lines of who you serve with your hand and mind.....it will be a conscience decision to follow and worship the beast and his kingdom......I personally don't see how this could be held against you and is no where near taking the mark of the beast.....just keep your eyes on Jesus and keep serving God and drawing closer to him through the word of God........In the U.S. almost every bar code has three 6's found therein, but at the end of the day it will be something that is chosen by all men who do not have and or love the truth......if you have trusted Jesus as your savior and love the word of God you will not be deceived by the beast and his ways.....Keep up the good fight and keep your eye on Jesus......!

I want to also add that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit was to attribute the work of Christ to the power of the devil which can be boiled down to unbelief....the Pharisees were saying that Jesus was casting out the devils by the power of the devil instead of acknowledging that he was doing it by the power of the Holy Spirit....this is unbelief and while in a state of unbelief no one can be forgiven.....

The mark of the beast has nothing to do with any type of physical mark. So many people have this misconception that we will be marked in some way physically. The mark of the beast will be shown on their hands and forehead (Rev 20:4). This verse is referring to their actions and thoughts. Those who are in Christ will have actions and thoughts that are on God. This is a mark for sure but not a physical mark.

To be honest it can be any and or none of the following.......the word mark comes from the Greek word charagma and means a scratch, etching, I.E. a stamp as a badge of servitude, or a sculptured statue or figure, graven and or mark

1. An invisible bar code etched or stamped into the head or hand
2. A chip that has been implanted
3. A tattoo with invisible and or visible ink
4. The name of the beast etched and or stamped onto the worshippers of the beast

It will definitely be indicative of servitude and worship and like I said could be just simply swearing an oath to the beast to serve with the hand and worship with the mind.......I suppose at the end of the day I want to lean toward a number and or a name being etched into the hand and or forehead with invisible ink coupled with an oath to serve and worship the beast and his image.......

This is just a logically deduced guess based upon the context of the verses and the definition of the word (mark).....at the end of the day....2nd Thessalonians verses 1-3 tells us the beast will be revealed before the body presence of Christ and our gathering together unto him so I personally believe that those who are alive will see it come on line before Jesus snatches us away at his second coming!

There will be no "technology wise" mark of the beast. We are actually seeing the mark of the beast today as society drifts further and further away from God's Word. It's in our actions and thoughts. Think of some of the things we are seeing today as common practice...abortion (murder) to mention just one. It has not a darn thing to do with technology but everything to do with us pulling further and further away from God.

A barcode just touching or not touching your forehead does NOT in any way impede your ability to buy or sell so a barcode merely touching your head cant be the mark.
The global Antichrist figure is not yet there. You cant get that mark now even if you wanted to because this man is not on the scene yet.
I am willing to bind any eventual spirit of fear there, to loose you and stop tormenting you right now in the name of Jesus.

I agree it could be anything, a human chip, tattoo's, name of beast being stamped, or perhaps something completely different to what we are expecting. I also agree that there will be a pledge of allegiance for those who take the mark fo the beast as the main aspect to the mark is worship.

So we have established by everybody telling you on this and previous threads that it is NOT the mark of the beast...
Now if you still feel that you have sinned there is a following promise.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

So confess this to God and be cleansed... as the Word says.
Being beaten up and in continual fear is of demons, and not a conviction of God. Conviction of God always brings you TO God for reconciliation and restoration. Instead of worrying this much my friend, you need to renew your mind with the Bible, so you can discern demonic lies from the truth. This is done by reading the Bible every day.

The buying and selling of items has nothing to do with the mark of the beast. If your actions and thoughts are contradictory to God's moral laws then you are not following God thus you are not one of God's Children thus you have the mark of the beast. Do you see the pattern here?
