Hey all, I am looking for recipes (low fat).
I start a diet today (Monday) where I actually have to eat more often then I like to because when I only eat one meal a day I get fat, but when I eat many smaller meals I lose weight, its just how its always worked with me and I need to get on the ball and start doing this again.
Sigh...
Its just that detest revolving my life around preparing food for this so much, one meal a day is far more appealing to me (even time wise) then this every two hours eating deal (even if its just getting up to eat smaller ones so often). I think its such a pain.
Anyway, my husband and I went out this weekend, picked up various protien powders and I will chose two or three of those meals as shakes to reduce my time in the kitchen, maybe more who knows?
What I am looking for easy lowfat recipes, especially those where you can make stuff ahead and pull from the fridge.
I was thinking you guys have to have a favorite lowfat recipe of your own, and if you do can you post it?
Just for some ideas sake, have any good ones I can try?
