Genesis 1:2 -
"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."
Although most people would take this as meaning that this describes the time/leadup up to the creation of the physical earth that we are on now. I would take it as meaning that the earth existed as a concept which was then made physical.
Water, Earth, Fire and Air exist beyond that in which we perceive them as in our physical senses. They are also elements, or at least named as such. After all do not the signs of the zodiac have these 'elemental' attributes assigned to them?
Youve heard of 7th heaven? Well lets see how we came to hear such a thing.
Seven heavens?.....What about seven earths......
Lets list them against the sephiroth and the sources of those who have listed them.

Its their spelling and listing, this is from Godwin's Cabalistic Encyclopedia. I dont know who is right or wrong in their listing and nor do I care. I'll just let you know what these earths are, as for their inhabitants??????
Well lets just wait and see....
Lets start off with Aretz, this is the earth of the supernals. I prefer to use the term Aretz ha-Tachtonah which can be translated/literated as Nethermost Earth, the place of perdition which is in all darkness and nothing grows there.
Now the supernals could be defined as the combination of Kether, Chokmah and Binah as those sephirah are the 'trinity' of the Tree of Life. But there are other sephira in the Tree of Life that are rarely referenced because they are not known for practical use, maybe they can be used but I have never heard about success resulting from them.
These sephirah are Daath, Ain, Ain Soph and Ain Soph Aur. They are more correctly called the 'negative veils' and not actually of the Tree of Life per se but actually preceed it.
Daath is a sephira that acts like an abyss, seperating the 'trinity' from the lower sephira of the tree.
The 3 Ain veils are a type of negative existence.
(I dont know how else to explain them) and are beyond our comprehension, certainly beyond description in any physical and probably spiritual sense. I suppose you have to gain a concept of it and take it from there, it would be a concept without limits because how could a negative existence have limits?
So I would have to include the sephiroth between Daath to Ain as the supernals, all I can add is this "You can find anything in the light but can see anything in the darkness"
As for Aretz ha-Tachtonah? Maybe what I typed earlier....
Genesis 1:2 -
"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."
Adamah - this earth corresponds to Chesed. It receives light from stars and planets but it is inhabited by demons and spirits. To receive light from stars and planets would imply that this earth would be a physical one even though the inhabitants are not. Then again lets look at our own earth, is it not the same?
After all who is 'prince of this world'?
This verse from Genesis is said to correlate with Adamah, might explain how its 'present population' got there/came about. I notice some people have the opinion that creation stories contradict each other, maybe they dont - maybe those stories are seperate to each other because they describe seperate events?
Just something to ponder, it makes no difference anyway I suppose
Gen 4:11 - And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;
* Just a side note.... The God name for Malkuth which is representative of this earth (tebhel/cheled) is Adonai ha-Aretz
which translates as 'Lord of this Earth' but can be interpreted as Lord of this Earth or Lord of the world. But with 'world' is it actually refering to the planet or the physical realm (Assiah)?
Some references....
Genesis 4:11 Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand.
