I do understand what you are saying. But this is truly when our entire law system does need to be re worked.

if you have death penalty for killing

if someone executes a person with circumstantial evidence and the person executed turns out to be without guilt
who shall execute the person then responsible for executing the innocent, eh?

You said the majority of the people are guilty who are executed which means some are innocent which are executed. It made it sound like that as long as most of the people were guilty its ok.
