ISIS militants 'bulldozed' ancient archaeological site, Iraqi ministry says

The Iraqi government claimed Thursday that ISIS militants had "bulldozed" the renowned Nimrud archaeological site in the north of the country.

The country's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said in a statement posted on its Facebook page that the terror group continues to "defy the will of the world and the feelings of humanity". The statement did not elaborate on the extent of the damage to the site.

Much of what has been destroyed is biblical history, the artwork of the Assyrian Empire from 2,500 years ago, in the ancient city of Nimrud, Assyria's second capitol. The worst of this is that destruction is not being wrought by stupid, uneducated people, but by Islamic scholars with masters degrees and Ph.D's. This is how misguided and foolish these people are, that they are willing to throw away history and intellect for a Satanic belief, the teachings of Muhammad.
 
Heartbreaking yet necessary if the world is to given over to believe the lie when the antichrist, the false prophet and the beast arrive on the scene.

We are moving closer to the Lords return and we appear to be picking up speed.

Not to mention their eternal souls......no virgins in hell and or the lake of fire for them......just snap, crackle and pop...........!
 
So typical of fascists. They destroy real history and identity alongside the lives of those who have no place in their plans for the world to fit a revolutionary agenda cloaked in pseudo-history.

I hope the items of substance were well-cataloged.
