There was once a soccer manager in the UK called Brian Clough, who was known as the most outspoken over opinionated autocrat soccer had ever seen.

A journalist once asked him - "so how do you handle disagreements then?"
He said -" well we get together and talk about it, and agree I was right all along"

Clough reminds me of an old saying.
We have two ears and only one mouth, which should be used in that proportion.
I doubt if anyone ever got a word in sideways with him!
