melita has returned! just did an hour on the treadmill. man, i need to get back into that habit. lol

my treadmill is called 'the road'.

if i use it on a clear night, the moon and stars are so breathtaking!
at least, that's why i tell myself i'm short of breath.

It's a little expensive brewing just one cup, but having had this one for three years, I would probably quit drinking coffee if I had to go back to the mess and hassle of "making" a pot of coffee again. Seriously. AND I can have a totally different kind of coffee, every cup.... or hot chocolate if I want. We buy at sales, and the cost is about 50¢ a cup.
