haaaaaaaaaaaa lol i do eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner lol

as of tomorrow, it will be a month that i don't drink soda. so we shall party again tomorrow lol

Without a doubt, humans really are not designed to drink anything BUT straight water.... and about 10 8oz glasses per day. But do I, or does anyone else do that? Well, we can still try.

All i drink is water....I cant stand soda or coffee.

Dang it! And here I thought I had that whole "jumpiing up and rushing off to the bathroom" thing beat!

Sure gets embarrassing when a client is baring his/her soul and is on the verge of a major spiritual breakthrough and I have to stand up and say, "Hold that thought."

Keep it up, and you may never experience many of the ailments you hear some of us griping about... especially joint pains. Our joints really only function BECAUSE of water.

i drink a liquid glucosamine/chondroitin supplement every day for my joints..works very well.. the orange citrus flavor is good, but i don't care so much for the blueberry pomegranate flavor..
