Two great armies stood before each other. At the front, they were but a foot
apart from each other. All with a long iron spear in hand.
One of the armies spat upon the faces of the others and Threw insults
to the other army. Their iron spears were nearly blackened completely over, ugly, with old blood on the tips. On the other side, light shown down from Heaven upon each man and women's face. Their spears were clean, and purely made. The spears had a radiant glow around them. (These things showed that they were the Lord's own army)
They stood in the face of the enemy unwavering, while being cursed and
insulted by the other army.
And then from above, a voice came. It was strong, yet clear; beautiful, but loud. And it said
" But behold, as it was written that a Great Battle should take place fought between God's own people, and angels; and Lucifer, his fallen angels, and those who have refused God in their lives.
"And you shall see in this great bashing that the Lord's army SHALL BE
stronger! And their win shall be noticeably great! Lucifer's army SHALL BE
weak and fearful, and shall fall before the Almighty."
As this voice (Whom I believe to be Gabriel) spoke above the two armies, it felt
as though he was speaking right to me. And when he stopped, the battle began.
The sky fell dark over Lucifer's army. I felt that truly God was watching over us.
I prayed that He would give us this win.
Every man got low, with their spear at waist height, ready to lunge. And when they did, Lucifer's army could not attack God's people.
They began to cower in fear. cursing one another.
They did this until every person in Lucifer's army was fallen.
God won this battle! And the voice came again; even bolder than before singing out
"And behold, in this Great Battle between two armies, God gave His win to His People."
The thrush
Mom came to me and said you need to read the parable of the thrush.
I was puzzled at this because I did not recall a thrush mentioned in the Scriptures.
I told her this, and she gave me a book, opened on a page far into the hundreds. On the page on the upper
half was painted a small thrush, that looked at peace. This thrush was speaking to a creature unknown to me.
This creature had the body of a serpent, but the head of a kind of warm blooded creature.
Under the painting was writing. Like in the Bible, it was numbered.
"I bring news to you, that what was written in the scriptures will soon come to pass" said the thrush.
The creature unknown to me seamed frightened, but curious. The creature begged.
"Tell me what will come to pass"
The thrush did not wish to share what the news was, but said it to him in a peaceful manner.
"This is not yours to be told, you know the Scriptures. For everything has time in its place, as God has set it. He knew and knows His plans and His glory SHALL BE revealed!" said the thrush.
But the odd creature continued on:
"OH please! Do tell me! Why rob me of the chance to come to Him?"
And the thrush responded in bold authority over this creature
"Do not question the messenger of the Living God! Do not lie in your soon coming demise. For it is written, the time is soon coming that even the evil beings shall turn on each other!
Their time is soon coming! They may not evade the judgements of He. How great are the martyrs that have all been for your kind to be saved? If God hadn't placed this love in our hearts,
how sooner your end should have been! You have set yourself high on your pedestal, and the people have idolized you! Your 'friends' shall not last long. They will soon deceive and
turn on you. You will be unaware, and you will be stoned by the same stones you have stoned the Christian martyrs with."
The creature had a look of surprise on his face as he saw this cruel truth. His time was short, and he knew it.
After this I awoke to another dream. I was under an old bridge in a desert area.
There was chaos around. I soon realized that I was the of the only Christians left.
People were laughing, as they pointed to the skies and cursed the name of God.
As they walked pass me, they did not notice my presence. A man walked up to me, and looked straight into my eyes.
I felt something stirring up inside of me that spoke in a soft whisper," this man is also a believer". I smiled at him, and he did the same.
But he looked at me with sad eyes, and walked out into the open, out from under the bridge. I wanted to call out to him, and tell him to
come back under the bridge to where it was safe, but my voice was silenced.
The unknown creature from the Scriptures appeared in the form of a mysterious women.
Her hair was long and black, and she was beautiful. The Christian man began to proclaim God's word, pleading with the unbelievers to accept Christ before
it was too late. The unknown women laughed, and spat in his face. There were ten people with her. They joined in the laughter, and began to
curse him, and God. They knocked him down to his knees, and he continued to cry out to God.
"You have no power over me! I shall never deny the name of my God!" The man cried out.
And the crowd's laughter stopped when he said that. Even the women was taken back at what he said.
The mysterious women drew a sword and on the hilt it read 'Babylon the Great'.
I watched in horror as I saw yet another die for his faith. But I also saw the beauty of it, and I wished that I had the courage enough to stand before death itself
in the Name of God.
Again I felt something stirring inside of me. I felt strengthened and filled with courage.
The mysterious women and her crowd of followers were still standing where the man's body still lay.
I found myself crying out the scriptures as I walked to the mysterious women and her followers. She was not surprised, but was actually amused.
The ten following her were pleased that they could watch yet another fall to their idols feet.
She spat in my face, and spoke harshly to me. She attempted to draw me away from my salvation, but I was not moved.
I only grew stronger. The mysterious women was angered, and she kicked me to my knees.
She again drew the sword that on the hilt read 'Babylon the Great'. She knocked me with the hilt over the head, and I felt a throbbing pain
surge through my body.
She again tried to tempt me to her side, saying that it would save me.
But I yelled out "You have no power over my soul! I am saved in Christ, my Savior!"
She looked at me with hateful eyes, and again took her sword back, ready to strike. I closed
my eyes and began to pray to God. Though I had my eyes closed, I could still see all that was happening.
I was out of my body looking down from the skies. I saw the ten followers of the mysterious women pick up stones from around the women.
She was unaware, still cursing my name as she was about to strike.
And the ten idolizers began to stone the mysterious women. She fell, and as she did, I felt free.
As she died slowly, still cursing the name of God, darkness clouded my vision.
Breath escaped me, and as soon as things became dark, a bright light, brighter than any other, shone in from of me.
I woke up.
