Always been a fan of Loui Armstrong myself. I prefer the older Jazz artists of the 40's, 50's, and 60's.

Hurt my left foot this AM as I was trying to break my neck....did not fall but boy did I stretch and mess up the back of my left foot...now hobbling around....not been on here very much and won't be as I need to get it up and off of it....I need to man up and grin and bear it....no insurance so not going to a Dr. and pay $1,000.00 just for them to tell me to get off of it and put ice on it....I know it is not broken just stretched or tore a muscle or ligament.....I'll live....prayers welcome.....Blond out.

Lord, please speed up the healing how only You can! Bring our sister relief from the pain and quick restoration of the hurt foot. Anoint her feet, Jesus, that always run around for You. amen
