What is it you are wondering about paradise? Not that I have an answer but God might through one of us![]()

Yes, we are starting... Preparations finished! Let's pray now as each is led.
I just wanted to give thanks to God for this day and the safety we have in Him.
Luke 22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
Luke 22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
I say "thank you Jesus", although I cant say it online with all my heart as I'd want to. It's been a very deep day.
asses the bread and wine on:
You can!
Just ask partakers to go to an "empty" chat on CC rooms to say (or hear) what it is going to be said.
Pertaining to the cross.
The word "Paradise" is used this once. (in reference to what we all can assume is Heaven?)
Jesus tells the thief that he will be with Him there, that very day.
Yet?
Jesus tells Mary in John 20:17, that "I have not yet ascended to My Father"?
Thoughts?
Just wondering?
Just conversation, no baiting........Easter and all.![]()

i can tell you what i heard at church....however reliable that may be...
as we know, Christ was the Firstfruits of those who have 'fallen asleep' (1 Cor 15:20)
and paradise was a sort of temporary holding place for the saints who died before His resurrection.
hades sort of separated into two parts...'Abraham's Bosom' (paradise), and hell (not paradise).
(Luke 16, 23)
yikes, this may be the worst explanation i've never given anyone.
did i miss the Lord's Supper?
Well to the thief He is saying that his faith has saved him. He is telling him that because of his faith he will be in heaven upon his death. And think of this Jesus says on this very day you will be with me yet Jesus was not in heaven so was He talking about Himself or His deity? To be with the Father is to be with the Son and to be with the Son is to be with the Father. Now to Mary this was before He ascended to Heaven so both are correct if you look at each in view of not only the human side of Jesus but also the deity of Jesus.
(This would be my understanding but I am no Biblical scholar so please don't anyone "jump" me on this)
Thank you.
Well since I couldn't actually give a well educated answer you just gave me a good "study question". Sounds like a good study I think. Thanks reborn![]()
"I expected few people at most"
Hmmm!
With such a way it was anounced in your signature "no one" () would see it.
