He talks about the technologies that exist now and technology that will be in existence in the next few years. He talks about Google's Ray Kurzweil's predictions about uploading human consciousness into computers, and his predictions of man and machine becoming one. He also talks about rewriting human DNA to overwrite the "bad" stuff. This is an ongoing conference and this is first part so it's not complete. This video is sort of like an introduction. I assume more videos will be uploaded as the conference continues. He takes Kurzweil's predictions and shows them in the bible. He is KJV only... but if you can get passed that, there is a lot of good info about where man kind and technology are headed right now.
Skynet is coming. Computers will be sentient very soon. Not sci-fi man, this is the real deal in our lifetime.
praise the Lord, I believe in God, and I trust in His protection, even witnessing these horrible things happening so close to us.
Computers, tablets and mobiles are the stepping stones to the "new man". Some time in the very near future, computers will in a sense, have a soul. Computers will be able to reason and come up with their own thoughts... they will essentially be a god. Then at the same time, man and computers are going to combine into the "new man". I personally don't think God will allow it to happen, I think he will end all of this before it happens.I don't know if I got it right, they want to do the computers, tablets, mobiles... even more empathetic to people, and for this they are inspired by our own soul...? the great lie is getting bigger. unfortunately so so sad
Right Gary. Not really new information for those that are aware, but Mike takes what's going on today and shows where it comes from in the bible.In other words, what you are saying is:
Singularity => 'The Borg'
( I have not seen the video. )
That's not necessarily a bad thing when you take into consideration genetic abnormalities, imho. A lot of modern science and technology can be used for the greater good, of course, there is always going to be those that will have sinister ideologies for anything.
I see myself sitting at the feet of Jesus and just learning. Just soaking in what He has to say. I've been running here, running there, and in truth running away. I hear Him inviting me, saying, "come and sit, listen, and learn because I have much to tell you." If I find myself separate from certain individuals it's because he's separated me for His purposes. I think sometimes we lose sight of that when life is overwhelming.
