I assume you already know the proven benefits of Chiropractic in reinforcing and strengthening the immune system?
Really, Willie? I didn't know that. I know the benefits of an organic diet of fresh raw fruits & vegetables but never knew about Chiropractic reinforcement. Hmmmm.... interesting.

Back in the day, I found that calling the police and using the code "5150" completely bypassed the problem of long arrival times (which could be up to two hours from the time one actually called 911) in my densely urbanized "community."

For example, I came home from work one day to find some ex-convict bums camping on my front stoop... literally. I confronted them and they told me to "hit the road." Well, that's my place so I simply let myself in through the back and considered arming myself and removing them using violent force... something I had done before with a rather large (and prone to violence) transplant from Chicago 1/2 Sicilian 1/2 Irish friend of mine on another occasion when a tribe of tweakers (e.g. feral meth IV users) had begun squatting at his relative's house in the high desert.

Honestly, that was fun. They scattered like roaches jumping through windows and running for their lives after a rather brief stand in which we pummeled the ring leaders pretty good before letting a couple of warning shots ring out. The only one that remained was a big old grizzled ex-con biker in a corner of a room that wasn't afraid of nothing. So, we treated him with respect and told him we were reclaiming the property for family and he would have to leave but that because he conducted himself as a man and followed the code we'd help him out. We gave him some money, filled up his pack with food from the cupboards and whatnot and drove him to where he needed to go. Saw him later too and we were always cool with that one.

Anyways, I had things to do and didn't really want to bounce them solo at that moment as it turns into an ugly legal case if you actually end up shooting one of them so instead I tried something new. I picked up the phone and told the 911 operator I had a "5150" in front of my place and, even though I was neighborhood watch, I couldn't guarantee the safety of the residents of the neighborhood.

Holy cow! They came in from all directions within ten minutes! At one point, three police officers had one of the ex-convict bums lifted in the air off his feet and were stuffing him headfirst in the back of a squad car. Lol.

Oh well, they made their choices in life... same as me... same as all of you. Just say no to drugs and alcohol kids.

Lady Blue, Spinach is "a powerhouse of nutrition. It's full of antioxidants that encourage the production of white blood cells, strengthens the immune system and fights viruses and bacteria. It also protects the enzymes that repair DNA damage, helping your body heal itself." I live on spinach practically. I have fair skin and do not even need sunscreen when I'm out in the sun because of the dark green vegetables and carotenoids that protect the skin from UV damage. Also, our bodies need vitamin D from the sun and these vegetables help us to absorb the healthy effects from sunshine. (Most sunscreens have seriously dangerous chemicals in them.)

Interesting, but they are being really careful with me....they want my immune system to come back slowly, they don't know what caused my immune system to turn against me...but they think my immune system basically destroyed my bone marrow....

i need to do my taxes -_-
I know a good accountant :p

You better be a good girl and hurry it up! April 15th is the deadline. Ok, seriously, if you can't file your tax return by April 15th, then you can get an automatic four-month extension of the filing deadline. About six million taxpayers request extensions each year. Just complete Form 4868, Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, and file it with the IRS by April 15. You then have until August 15 to file your return without incurring late filing penalties.

Footnote: My friend's mother-in-law was able to move back into the high desert property and live out the remainder of her life there. I remember the area. Get this, ready for a laugh, this depressing place was called "Paradise Valley." ROFL! They should have called it TWEAKERVILLE!

Here's the stats: Paradise Valley neighborhood in Yucca Valley, California (CA), 92252, 92284 subdivision profile - real estate, apartments, condos, homes, community, population, jobs, income, streets

Don't move there unless you want your children introduced to methamphetamine at a very young age.

Don't confuse liberals with facts. Honestly, they don't care and even if they did they couldn't understand them.

Ask Germany....lol
Weren't they the ones who printed all that money and it became useless?

Yes true Willie T! But my experience with Chiropractor's is they popped joints I never knew I had! :)
But I will take Advil, being a poor, kind thing. HeeHee
I used to go to those kinds of Chrios, but I found a spinal specific clinic, and it has made a world of difference. After I had a stroke three years ago, the Neuro-Specialist told me to just get used to being dizzy for the rest of my life. Two adjustments with this guy, and almost every bit of that dizziness went away. I now ride a bike, motorcycle, and I drive. Don't fly, but I can live with that.
