is it any wonder today's children and yesterday's children/today's adults are confused and mixed up and fall away from the Faith of our Fathers in droves - wincam
 
I too would like to see Christian home schooling and Christian charter schools expand dramatically in this country.

exactly the opposite is the case viz lies, errors and anti Christian and biblical truths - see [Facts vs Faith] textbooks for Juniors and www.EvolutionvsGod.com for Seniors - it seems a small minority dictating to a majority so why is it allowed to continue wincam
 
maybe parents should take it upon themselves to spend time with their children teaching them biblical truths rather than hoping a school does it. I went to public school my whole life. its not like the concept of evolution vs creation confused me. One was simply an atheist response to a spiritual event.
 
Yes and maybe children should be taught to do that in the rapidly failing forced liberal public indoctrination system so when they grow up to become adults: they will. Rather, than the academically failing, government entitled, sexually immoral, often addicted ignorant leftards that are presently being mass produced. Children fail both from what they're taught and not taught.

Well then wouldnt it be up to the church and the parents nowadays to teach kids to be good christian parents? The reliance on public education for these things is outlandish. There is a reason you have normal school vs sunday school.
 
To me, I learn a lot one of my science teachers was really cool, she was always open to discussion when were juniors/seniors, and she would say once you graduate I give you an email, and I will give you my answer. I always appreciate the honesty in some of the teachers, but you have christian home school and charter schools, you have the opportunity at some school for religious recess (I guess you can call it) You have always opportunities for your kids to learn, and yourself to learn... I don't have kids so I shouldn't speak on the behalf of parents, but once I am a parent I want my kids to go to public school...

I went to a private Christian school and to a public school. Every schooling option has good points and bad point. The way I see public school heading, I don't know if I would want my kids, when I have kids, to go. Here is an article that explains part of the reason that public school worries me. Safety, Socialization, education are all important in a Child's life.

the schools have to keep the future generations dumbed down, if not they may become self aware and realize our leaders are corrupt, evil and untrustworthy. this is our governments worst nightmare.

It is the parents responsibility to teach their children biblical truths. I suggest parents teach their children to simply regurgitate what the text book says when they take a test. That doesn't mean they have to believe it.
 
I went to both types of schools also and I can say with confidence that the religious belief of the institution is irrelevant as long as the children are learning what is necessary to contribute to a functioning forword thinking society.

The Christian academy that I attended for my introduction to education (k-4) was a great institution run by TRUE Christians, so what I acquired in that time has taken me through life.

They told us judging a person on anything but their personal merits is wrong ....no racism or religious bickering and they taught us that sexual deviance in any form will contribute to what we have now....so no pedophilia either.

In public school I met some of the most caring people in my life in the teachers that chose to dedicate their lives to that field.

There was also this one teacher that use to wear runners tights every single day because all the little girls he was having sex with really liked it.

well for the supposed Christians and pedophilia? There are all kinds of lawsuits for most denominations so you know what thats about.

There is a hindu guy (I think hes hindu) in the news now for pedophilia so like I says the religious belief of the institution means nothing if they aren't teaching the right stuff.
