Actually, it would be Parish Health Inspector, I live in Louisiana and we have parishes which were left over from the French Catholics, We have St. John the Baptist Parish, St. James Parish, St. Mary Parish, and other such like, we still have some Napoleonic Laws and Influences.

I run a clean cafe here..yay it passed inspection.. a health inspector can afford to drive a Lexus? :confused:

so much fresh food and coffee, and no one to eat or drink it.. sigh.. oh well all the more for me. :o
