That is so true. Women could probably learn from this in not taking everything so personal. I often find that if you don't make a really great impression on someone (mostly female, but not always) when first meeting them, it sets the tune for the entire time you're involved. They tend to hold grudges, if you step on their toes. Oops, no deleting or rewinding in real life. There's like this silent punishment of avoidance. It doesn't go unnoticed but then that is the point.
So very sad in so many ways.

I am glad that I am not a normal guy.... I would panic if I only spent 25 minutes to shop for relatives and waiting until the last minute would put me in a straightjacket.....I love watching the guys at the store the night before Christmas....

This is pretty cool! A store in the North West Territories where the owner helps the shoplifters instead of harsh punishment! God Bless him!!

Always exceptions for everything but that is often understood and rarely mentioned.
Somethings wrong there, if he can't forgive you for the error he made. A perfect example for expectations. My guess is there's a lot of pride going on. Probably best to know that upfront and not waste anymore time.
For me - Life is too short to try and win some people over after some ill will has gone on and they can't be reasoned with or if they won't even talk about things. Putting distance of time between people often brings them around when emotions have died down. True humility is hard to come by these days.
