I see where Gandalf (can I get your first name bro, feels odd calling you Gandalf) is coming from. I know when leading people to Jesus I don't mention baptism by water. Neither did the man at the cross need baptism. It seems important enough for the King to be baptised as we see heaven opens up in verse 16 of Matthew 3.
"[SUP]16 [/SUP]As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. [SUP]17 [/SUP]And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”
So it has alot of significance if it would cause our Father to speak showing His love for the King.
