Grace is offered to all people. We're saved by grace through faith. But not all have opened their hands to receive God's grace.

Yeah as a above... Jesus didn't automatically save everyone the moment He died for our sins. He offers the free gift of salvation to all who receive Him.
John 3:16
(Joh 3:16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
The bad news is that everyone is headed to eternal seperation without God if they don't believe in Jesus. The good news is that it so very very simple to believe in Jesus and have everlasting life!

Grace is God's unmerited favor, none of us deserve it, but we come under God's grace when we believe and receive Christ. We can also fall from grace by rejecting or turning away from him.

Today's people's hanging on that word grace, but they do not really follow the Lord Jesus, like we may see also in this forum, that people's do speak like that they are follower of the Lord, but the truth is something else.

God's 'free gift' has conditions? Me thinks you don't understand the idea of grace. God made His covenant with us, not the other way around.

It's so simple that people have a hard time ACCEPTING it. Human pride will not allow such people to believe in Jesus and have everlasting life. Their hands are full of their works and they will not let go in order to take hold of Christ through faith.

Salvation by grace through "FAITH" is the "condition" (NOT conditions/works) that most will not meet because their hands are full of their works and they WILL NOT LET GO in order to take hold of Christ through FAITH.

One can receive grace unconditionally without repenting, Lk 13:3,5; confessing, Mt 10:32,33, Rom 10:32;33; being baptized, Acts 2:38; Mk16;16??
If there are no conditions then the OP by "Preacher" has a point. If grace is UNconditional then ALL men will be saved.
