Football's far more violent ... or at least dangerous I would think. I love U.S. college football best :)
I don't know about that...they both are pretty violent.....I got injured in football once....could barely move for a week....I was blocking someone from the other team, and one of my team-mates thought it would be funny (or was jealous or something) to hit me from behind...I think my back is back to normal :)

yup. i mean, not a football fan.

i prefer college basketball to the NBA, too.
ever since the NBA became American pro football.
yikes!
somma those fouls....
I wasn't around in the 80s, but fans say nowadays the league is "soft" compared to what it was back in the day. College basketball would be better if it wasn't for the "one and done". Duke just lost 3 freshmen from their championship team. It's sad what it's become. I prefer college football and the NFL any day of the week.

Our county likes to recycle things. We love to recycle paper and plastic (dishes).

Not to mention hockey. Players lose teeth all the time and still finish their shift. Remarkable.

yeah...i didn't start watching basketball till the 90s.
they say police interrogations have gone soft, too. ;)

(just joshing you.)

i love the sound of a basketball game. live, on TV, high school to pro.
football games sound to me like mass confusion during almost no movement?

#womanswaytochooseasport lol

I tore ten ligaments in my toe when I ten just by playing in the back yard. That was the end of my playing days.

Red Wings. :(
sounds like they're already bleeding...

hockey too violent for this mom.
kids like it, though, and i refuse to look too deeply into the meaning of that. ;)
I keep teasing her about the fact that all the lakes and rivers have thawed, and if they have thawed how can they still keep playing hockey in JUNE? :p

It's safer that way. :p

doing-dishes-smiley-emoticon.gif I love doing dishes ... in the dishwasher. I'd rather do laundry, vacuum, mop, sweep, wash walls, clean the bathroom's, etc ... just not dishes, tyvm.

Montreal is going to the second round and if Detroit wins tonight it will be Montreal and Detroit in the second round. :)

Yep. But I prefer to call myself a country girl, not afraid of getting down and dirty, yet can wear heals and pearls if I want to. My dad taught me how to check all the levels under the hood, in fact he would not let me learn how to drive without knowing how. The only thing I refuse to do is change a tire, but I have a good reason for that.

Our county likes to recycle things. We love to recycle paper and plastic (dishes).
But, I like to wash dishes, real dishes. The only time we use plastic or paper plates is when we are either camping or having a BBQ.
