Just an idea:
Try gossiping with the Lord about everyone you would normally talk about. Give him all your thoughts - you might be surprised at the thoughts he would give you about that person. The Lord already knows what is in your heart - you might as well speak those things aloud to him. Let him be the friend you dump things on. He can handle it.
It all lines up with the admonition to "pour your heart out before the Lord".
God bless you and because you confessed to everyone here, you have been prayed for. I ask the Lord to heal your need to gossip.
