I was making an inside joke with Deschado about a right-wing politician in France. You can disregard that post.
As for judging, you've misunderstood the verse you cited. Did you forget that Jesus said, "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment" (John 7:24).

What Did Jesus Mean by "Judge Not"? | PARSE
In a sinful world, no community can exist for long where nobody is ever held accountable: no teacher would grade a student's performance; no citizen would sit on a jury and convict a criminal of any criminal act no matter how heinous; no electorate could ever call a wicked or failed leader to account; no nation could ever protect itself from being victimized, attacked, or undermined; etc... etc... etc...
Every judge in the world does need not to step down immediately and societies rapidly deteriorate into lawless chaos because you've misinterpreted a verse in the bible that speaks about judging. I tell you what, how about we give all the serial murders on death row your address and tell them they can go free if they promise to stay with you and that you won't "judge" them. Deal?
Lolol... I'm kidding, of course.
Read 1 Corinthians 6 where Paul speaks of genuine Christians one day being involved in the judgment of the world and of angels. Jesus often judged the behavior of other people during His ministry on earth and ultimately will judge all behavior of every person (Acts 10:42, Matthew 25, etc...). And we haven't even broached biblical issues of excommunication yet. But then, we don't need to.
The point is that Jesus taught TO judge rightly and NOT TO judge at all if we judge others the way the Pharisees did refusing to remove our own blindness beforehand. That was His message in context.
Not that people must allow themselves, their societies, and their entire civilization to be destroyed by a wicked false religious cult and those whom the devil has deceived with it because judging is forbidden.
*rolls eyes*.
How negligent, evil, and wholly unscriptural such a position is. The only people I ever have seen advocate for it are unsaved non-Christian ignoramuses on the left.
"Like a trampled spring and a polluted well Is a righteous man who gives way before the wicked" (Proverbs 25:26).
Pardon my Aussie ignorance but .... "Article V" of what ?
Judge not lest ye be judged.
