Talking scripture with you is like reasoning with a hyena not to eat a baby deer. You start with the premise that you and you alone have understanding. You're flat wrong about what it means to follow Jesus.
Follow Jesus means exactly that. Follow Jesus. There were many disciples who stopped following Jesus Christ. But the 11 disciples that Jesus Christ had chosen did indeed follow Him, and they obeyed His Word. Yes, they stumbled, but they did not stay down in a stumbled state. They got back up and continued to follow Jesus and His good ways.

As for discussing Scripture: It is what Jesus (God) wants us to do. For man shall not live by bread alone; And we are to study to show ourselves approved unto God.

Except that you're way out ahead of Jesus demanding that he and his sheep follow you.

No where in scripture is there a command to be obnoxious about our faith. You seem to have written an eleventh commandment.

Thou shalt be as obnoxious and condescending as possible in regards to thine own knowledge and understanding and do everything possible to sew discord and disconnection among Gods people.

Actually, Jason is covered by the 8th commandment: You will not bear false witness -- which he violates with every post.

I think there is hope for Jason. He is crying out for the love and fellowship that exists in the body of Christ.

First, being obnoxious usually refers to behavior that is loud, rude, and impolite. They are the type of person who talks on their cell phone during a movie. They are not in any way empathetic towards other people's feelings under any circumstance. It is the type of person who laughs loudly and slams their fists down upon on the dinner table while food is in his mouth; They are the type of person who is not kind and caring towards others. You can usually see them a mile away. They are loud and rude. They say things that are hateful, and inappropriate. Preaching the Word of God is not the same thing as being obnoxious. Jesus Christ said He came not to send peace, but a sword. My discussions have been focused on wanting to talk about the Word of God. I was not expressing any personal opinion and condemning people personally. There is no name calling or calling a person out by name or anything like that. I am only relaying what God's Word says. If you have a problem with God's Word, then we can discuss it in a kind and loving way. But that is not how these conversations usually turn out, though.

Second, condescending is not in disagreeing with a topic and thinking it does not make sense. Condescending is when a person clearly shows that one person is highly superior by putting down another personally. When one thinks that they are awesome and everybody else is pond scum. Condescending is when one uses a lot of fancy words (instead of using the plainless of speech that Paul talked about). Condescending is making a person feel like absolute dirt. It has nothing to do with disagreeing on a topic or expressing how a particular belief is wrong. It is involving the person on a personal level so as to push them down in the mud so that you can laugh at them. Condescending is saying "Look Jimmy." "I remember when I was young and dumb." "It's okay." "But it would be advantageous of you to be quiet and let the big boys talk for a while." "You are out of your element son."

That is an example of condescending; And I never did anything like that.

The more words you use the less the meaning. Your view of condescension is a very simplistic one and fails to shine the light of truth on your own shortcomings regarding your interactions with the people here on this forum.

1 John 1:6 says, if we say we have fellowship and walk in darkness, we lie and do not the truth. It's the same thing that 1 John 2:4 one says. For 1 John 2:4 says, "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." Jesus said if you love me, keep my commandments (John 14:15).

most of us know what the bible says about following Jesus, keeping his commands etc. but you keep throwing scripture at us as tho we are Satan tempting you in the desert.

and therein lies the answer as to your condescension.

No, dear sir. Most here who believe in some kind of "Sin and still be Saved" doctrine hold to one of the deadly 7 beliefs.

#1. Future Sins are Forgiven (Which takes away any real lasting consequence to sin).
#2. Sin only leads to Physical Death and Not Spiritual Death.
#3. You can be out of Fellowship with God and still be Saved (Which is no doubt because of sin).
#4. Not Confessing one Serious Sin before you die will not Send You to Hell.
#5. Once a Son Always a Son or You Cannot be Unborn.
#6. Sin Cannot break the seal of the Spirit.
#7. We are sinners and nobody can be perfect (and nor can they stop sinning ever). In other words, one can be a slave to their sin. Yet, Jesus said to the Pharisees, if you sin, you are a slave to sin. Jesus was not speaking favorably of the Pharisees here.

Anyways, I contend that these beliefs above lead to a doctrine of immorality and not holiness. For such beliefs above will lead one to think they can sin and still be saved. Oh sure, they are not going to be an axe murderer, etc. But they will abide in what they believe to be some kind of minor sin, and it is okay with God (Because they are Once Saved Always Saved).

The by-product is in ignoring verses like Matthew 6:15, 1 John 3:15, etc.

I held up the mirror of truth to Jason and he turned away from his reflection. There is nothing more for me to do here.

What Bible verse or verses in God's Word are you using to promote your truth? For do you know that God's Word is used for correction? (2 Timothy 3:16). For Adam only needed to commit one sin and it led to sin and death upon all of mankind. All sin needs to be confessed (1 John 1:9) and all sin needs to be forsaken (1 John 1:7).

everything that is in the bible is true but not everything that is true is in the bible. I'm pointing out a character flaw in you. One that will destroy relationships and hurt people. If you want an example....how bout this one.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit but in humility, consider others better than you consider yourself.

Again, I ask. How does Matthew 6:15 become nullified? What verse states that it is no longer binding for the beleiver today?

For it clearly says we will not be forgiven by the Father if we do not forgive.

The context is verse 2. Being of one mind and of one accord. In other words, it is talking about the brethren. So considering others better than yourself is in context to speaking to the brethren who are faithful to Jesus. How so? See, Verse 12. For it says:

"Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. " (Philippians 2:12).

And there he goes...twisting scripture so he can give himself a pass. You seriously need to run an antivirus program on yourself.

No, dear sir. I did not twist Scripture. Please show me where in Philippians 2:3 it is talking about:

(a) All people.
(b) Unfaithful brethren.

Verse 2 and verse 12 seem pretty clear to me that it is the context of verse 3.

Verse 2 lets us know it is referring to the brethren.
Verse 12 tells us that these brethren are the type of brethren who are faithful to Jesus.

The Bible says, have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather, reprove them.
