I'm sorry but I had to say it. I could see a mile off how the OP worded his thread and what the kind of responses he will get. But remember this, what he posted, is by his own thoughts and beliefs and his own initiative. If you do feel that someone is mislead, or stepped back into thinking wrongly or denying Christ or Christianity, or even feel they losing there beliefs and faith to confusion. Rather than contribute to the convo and comments. Pray for them. And pray that God will show them the real truth and for God to give real wisdom in there lives. Problem I see on CC, is people are to quick to point the finger and answer negatively or feel that they have to argue back to try prove a point.

Come on Guys, Do you honestly think this is what God want's from you?

True Story: I was sitting in business class on Tuesday and a girl at my table walked in right before class started and she was holding her head crying because she had a terrible headache and I suffer from migraines and I felt so bad for her that I was genuinely worried about her well being and she began asking me if I had any Tylenol in my purse and I said No. I told her that I will go down to the bookstore and get her some. (The bookstore was on the other side of campus) I ran across campus up and down stairs to get her some medicine to help. I ended up being late to class because I chose to put someone else's needs before my own even though when I got back to class I was having a bit of an asthma problem. She was of course extremely grateful that I took the time to help her out and I told her that my bible tells me to love one another as Christ loves me. As a result we are getting together sometime this weekend to finish a project together and found that she is a wonderful person and who knows she may end up being a good friend of mine. God does put people like this in our lives for a reason and we need to cherish those people and those friendships because genuine relationships are so hard to come by.

Next time, pray for healing. One of the bigger surprises I've had in my life is when a friend's son came up to me to ask me where his mom was. I didn't know, but he then said he had a headache and needed to go home. So we prayed together that God would heal the headache. God did heal it!

I was shocked and he laughed at me for being shocked. (I would have been equally shocked if God didn't. lol) He was nine, so God healing wasn't as big a surprise to him as it was to me.

I never stated that I didn't pray for her because that is actually one of the first things that I do. However, being in a public college made it actually difficult to sit down and pray for her because we both could have gotten into trouble, but I did pray. I do know that God heals and quick.

Christianity is a religion and a religion is man's attempt to reach God as I see it God reached out to man. If some were offended by my post that is you have to ask yourself why. Christianity will not save you please try to under stand. Some or most of the replies proved the post. If any of you think you are better than anyone on this earth your wrong. By God's grace you are saved nothing you did or could do gave you that gift so how could anybody say they are better than the lowest person on earth. Some of you implied to defend Jesus or God and to fight to protect God's people Paul says our fight is not flesh against flesh, Jesus taught by word and example when it comes to your faith do not resist do not deny. My mission is to turn sauls into pauls, Pharisees into Stevens. .....The old testament tells the story and history of a chosen people that God had nurtured and led. They lived as God said, worshipped as God said, saw the power and miracles of God first hand. For centuries they followed God and his ways. Yes they were spanked for their disobedience but we're known as God's people. in The book of Daniel the Lord told them when messiah would come, the very day he would enter the gates. And that very day Jesus entered in and they knew him not. How heartbroken Jesus was as he wept for Jerusalem. Saints I don't want that to happen to anyone here you need to seek the heart of God to give him everything of yours even your lives. To know what scriptures mean or to do the right thing is not good enough i.e. Jesus and the rich man. Give him your whole being and ask to be broken to be refined, as king David said search me o Lord , do you really trust God with your very life, your finances, will you recognise your savior when the time comes,does he know your name,your cry, is he your joy? Does the presence of wolves mean the flock is in the wrong place? NO!
The Lord warned us of them, and prophesied of their presence among us. Christianity isn't the issue. False Christianity (antichrist) is the issue. Don't uproot the wheat along with the tares by making general judgements.

Remain in the Gospel that saved and saves you. Do not be swayed from it to another gospel.

Right,I sort of see where you're headed with this. But the world knows us as Christians,whether the luke warm kind or the on fire kind,they lump us all together. That is the name the followers of Christ are know as.Most people understand religion doesn't save you.Those who dont are in the wrong church.

I wouldnt say our roots are bad because God is our root. If you take your eyes off the bad happening because of the people who claim to be people of God but their thouggts deeds and actions are evil (false prophets) and focus on the may souls that have been saved, the many powerful actions done by the most high God and the blessing of goodness he gas given to us we can help to bring positivity to others. I think we should proclaim the gospel to the unsaved and save souls for God before the devil traps them because the word says "He who saves a soul is wise"

Seems a little condescending, especially #2 seems contradictory to #1 and #3.
This attitude is kinda over the top.
It is communicating, "here I am to teach all of you"
...but, carry on...because you will anyways.
