Yes you are missing something, common courtesy and a brain You call yourself Christian, yet you do not identify yourself as Christian with those of us here today. Then in the same breath you say "Don't you Christians have God's holy spirit?" So you cannot Identify with your statement that you are Christian an insult people that truly identify themselves as Christians. There is only one type of Christian, and it's plain to see you are not Christian, unless you are a moron.
My Brother, may I refer you to posts 42, 44 and 49. They coincide with your post here. :)

Sorry Nysut, I need not prove anything. All the proof I need for my redemption and salvation is recorded in the Holy Bible. I can not change the convictions of others. Change must come from an open mind and I see no need to open my mind to any who choose to try to discredit the written word of my Lord and Savior. So all who choose other wise can feel free to do so, but doing so will risk loosing their soul to Satan.
God is not an author of confusion.
Let that sink in

I don't think so, some are just baby Christians they might not have made it to that level yet.

We just have to overlook there error. Hopefully that holy spirit they claim they have will show them there ways and correct them ..

I have decided to keep nice and simple in the forum room(0+0=0)! Folks have a way of twisting words and falsely accusing others of being unbelievers just because they enjoy intellectual conversations of past religion history. Just think if RC Sproul, Charles Sprugeon(deceased), John Macarthur, Jim Bishop(deceased), DT Niles(deceased), James Snowden(deceased), Pastor Moody(deceased), Dr, Garder C. Taylor(deceased) Rev. Hill(deceased) & other scholars of the past(present) discussing history of religion and theology. Would you behave in this unbecoming manner in their presence? These men know how to represent themselves in a respect manner discussing biblical beliefs, faith or history of religion(theology) and their views are different from one another. I do not understand this unbecoming behavior just so disrespectful. If your boss or pastor disagree with your biblical views, would you behave in this unbecoming manner towards them? Conducting ourselves in a respectful manner is very important! We wonder why the children are disrespectful, and lack of mannerisms. I have always stated the following: I will know the type of students I will have in class by observing their parents behavior! Real talk and truth! If my students ever behave in this unbecoming manner there will be a consequence. I do not tolerant, permit, or condone disrespect in the class! I am done with my ranting on disrespect and unbecoming behaviors!

I'm not concerned with your liking or disliking me... All I ask is that you respect me as a human being.

Well where do you think your laws and concepts come from o_O
MY LAWS?! I though you were a Christian! Isnt it OUR LAWS?! So you think there is no right and wrong God set in the heart of people? People didnt know murder was wrong until Moses said so? The laws of Maat say nothing of sin or how we can be redeemed from a sin nature.How many gods and goddesses did the Egyptians have? Like a million? They had a few did they not?

Lets see....

Ammit-a demon with the head of a crocodile, the torso of a leopard, and the hindquarters of a hippopotamus

Amun-A man with the head of a ram

Bast /
Bastet-cat goddess

Bes
-dwarf god

Babi-god of baboons {I bet he was also the first politician}

Sobek-god of crocodiles and alligators {first shoe salesman?!}

Khepri-god of scarab beetles { Id hate to be the god of the dung beetle}

Heket-goddess of frogs {bet she invented wart remover}

Serqet-goddess of scorpions

Gengen-Wer-goose god { bet he put up with a lot of poo}

Tawaret-hippopotamus goddess,goddess of childbirth and fertility {hippo and pregnancy,because what pregnant lady hasnt felt like a hippo?}

Nekhbet-vulture god {first IRS man?!}

Egypt I'd rather say kemet only had one God. Only invaders and outsiders thought they had many God's.

Moses knew murder was wrong before he said so, he did kill a man. A law breaker gives you the law lol.

Not our laws, your laws says you can eat meat. I do not support the killing of animals to substains one life.

I would say you do not know much about Egypt or the bible. The bible said they had Gods, I would trust the bible.

Moses did not give us any laws. God did so again, you do not know much about the bible

God said all animals are good for food. I guess God does not know what he is talking about. and again, you show you do not know much about the bible.

and you call yourself a christian?

Not sure why you are saying "We" as if I"m on your side? I don't agree with what you are saying but I also don't agree with someone calling another names. And I'm not really sure what game you are playing, claiming to be a Christian but making fun of things Chrisitians believe in. Evidently, from your responses, you don't believe in the Holy Spirit? So why even associate yourself with the Christian title if you don't believe in it? In the bible it talks about wolves in sheep's clothing. Are you one of these?

Their views may have differed on the non essentials but they are in agreement on the essentials of the faith which evidentally not all here are. Nice try.

Well From a person who actually lives there and to tell me what my culture has.hmmmm
God also said I give you plant bearing seed to eat only.

Also of someone was up to date on heath and clinical studies one would know animals products are some of the top ten causes of death.

You would also know vegans live a better quality of life and 10 years longer than those who eat meat.

Kemetic Orthodoxy is a branch of Kemeticism, a reconstruction of Egyptian polytheism, founded in 1988 byTamara Siuda.
Kemetic Orthodoxy claims to be based on the religious practices of Ancient Egypt. However, it is not only a reconstructionist religion, but an ever-evolving religion that combines ancient and modern practices to create a new, living religion.

polytheism---means???????

Ancient Egyptian religion was a complex system ofpolytheistic beliefs and rituals which were an integral part of ancient Egyptian society. It centered on the Egyptians' interaction with many deities who were believed to be present in, and in control of, the forces and elements of nature.

Once again....
Kemetic Orthodoxy is a branch of Kemeticism, a reconstruction of Egyptian polytheism

One belief central to Kemetic Orthodoxy is the belief in Netjer, the supreme deity of Kemetic Orthodoxy, and its "Names", the commonly recognized gods of ancient Egypt. These Gods and Goddesses, commonly called Names of Netjer, manifest in various forms and have various names, e.g. Anubis, Isis, etc. Followers of Kemetic Orthodoxy usually communicate with Netjer through these various Names. Without belief in these gods one would have little reason to consider oneself Kemetic Orthodox.

Can I not have my own interpretation of the bible, isn't that why we have so many denomination, do I have to agree with you guys on everything?

We can go threw the thousand of post on this website and see the people claiming to be Christian opposing each other views, maybe they are not Christian either since they don't have the same view points as you?

What part of the Bible do you believe in? And the differences a lot of Christians have is interpretation but the core belief about Jesus and what He did for us is pretty close to the same. Do you believe Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for all of us and arose on the 3rd day and now sits at the right hand of God?
