Only way drinking too much water will kill you is if you drink VERY much water and DON'T eat salt (or other minerals)
the two litre a day thing is an exaggeration , you get plenty of water by eating

on a normal day, drink when thirsty, if in the sun / working hard/ exercising, give yourself a buffer, as you get tirsty after starting to dehydrate.

Your urine should be transparent, if it is yellow, you are not drinking enough, if it is transparent, you are probably fine

hehe i meant to reply, not to hit the "like" button :) Now on a little less yellow note...Ive been reading about how bad it is to drink black tea, or green tea...the regular tea plant which gives black, green, white or oolong tea is usually very high in fluoride which is really very bad for you in those amounts! If you use organic it is much better but still has some fluoride. I was sad to read it as I love tea and was drinking 3 or 4 cups every day :(

I actually may drink to much water. The thing with diabetes is that you are constantly thirsty and thus cold water is like heaven I have a two liter bottle of water that i refill all the time, a lot of times I can drink that thing is less than an hour which of course leads me to have to use the bathroom all the time. It's especially annoying at night because I will wake up very thirsty and I drink loads of water knowing that I will wake up soon having to go to the bathroom soon, so a lot of times I just go thirsty at night it's not very fun having to go pee6-7 times a night

Currently, no I do not. I know it's extremely important for good health and I've let certain habits take over to some extent. Need to work in the water habit a bit more to replace them.

When I do drink water, I frequently bless it. Not with any name or invocation, just with good intent and frequently gratitude.

Do you drink as much water as you should?I try to but it's not easy.
I probably get close to eight eight-ounce glasses of liquid (water, milk, orange juice) each day. That includes one glass of orange juice and two glasses of milk.

I drink a lot of water, especially in the summer while I'm delivering mail.

I used to drink next to no water. Then my gastroenterologist put me on a special diet for one month, and all I drank was water and peppermint tea the whole month. And, well, it stuck; I've been drinking nothing but water and tea for the last four months :D (except for one cotton candy cosmo, but it was my birthday so I made an exception :p). I'll drink about a litre to a litre and a half a day. It feels good to take care of myself :D

so many times when you think that you are hungry, your body is really just 'thirsty'...
please, give it what it needs to maintain a healthy and happy life...'pure or distilled water...
