(Stepping out of a well run, hurt-my-sides funny thread for a moment for a semi-serious question.)

I'm writing a series of novels, and I could use some chicken-info for the second novel. If you let a group of chickens go in a naturalized part of a city park (where there is plenty of weeds and brush in a clearing to give them easy access to grubs, insects, and worms) would the group of chickens live there or would they wander somewhere else?

And then, if they would live there, would they still stay there if there were lots of little kids running around all the time?

I now return this to the regularly scheduled show. lol

1. Annoyed at those who would card me when I was clearly old enough to drink.
2. Annoyed when they stop carding me. lol
